## Foundry Intent Reviews
  ### 1. My Experience with KickFire

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gordon P. | Sr. Director, Insights & Performance Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Easy to set up and use, excellent customer service. KickFire gives us clean and reliable company identification for our web site unknown visitors. The ability to cleanly bring it on to our GA (and match against a target account list) instance is a real advantage telling us who is reading content and to what extent. The overall quality of the identification is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

My only real issue is the expense. It is sometimes cost prohibitive for us to use at our level of web traffic.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to tell our clients what companies from their target account list are consuming content on our sites. It allows us to offer new capabilities and products to sell.

  ### 2. Useful tool for small sales organizations.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick D. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The website for my small company only gets a small number of hits. For us, every hit from a company within our industry (particular to the part of our website with tech info) represents the chance to either make a new customer or strengthen our relationship with an existing one.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

I would appreciate some Youtube videos to show the most effective ways to use Kickfire.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

I would recommend Kickfire for any sales organization.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No major issues.

  ### 3. Excellent customer service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Easy dashboard, great customer service.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

"Easy to use" and "Javascript" are not necessarily synonomous for everyone.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

This is a great analytics tool allowing the time on a page and far more specific information that is available through Google Analytics

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to track visits to a specific page and was investigating the different ways to do so. The visitor tracking is very helpful to our sales staff.

  ### 4. Decent analytics but needs more features to get me full recommendation.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Daily email alerts is convenient and quick to digest.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

No ability to block out geo locations that cause a lot of noise.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It answers the question of how many visitors is my site getting and delivers it via email on a daily basis.

**Official Response from Angela Hawker:**

> Thanks for submitting a review! Please contact our Support team at support@kickfire.com so that we may help you filter out your unwanted web traffic.

  ### 5. Good product, but accuracy and interface need improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The daily reports are great. The ability to track visitors is helpful for validating data from other sources. The format of daily reports – seeing the full list of users – is a really good barometer for marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The interface is out of date and not easy to use compared to other tools. Also the accuracy of some visitors is questionable.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to cross-check and validate data about leads and the website is the most helpful aspect. Also, the reports take a lot of manipulation in Excel to get just right, but there is helpful info in there around visitor industries, locations etc.

  ### 6. Vice President of Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Kickfire is a valuable pipeline to our marketing and sales efforts. We have been using Kickfire for years. We continue to find new paths to power our efforts using Kickfire data.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Not a lot to dislike. Kickfire is very responsive whenever we have questions, needs, etc.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Converting website visitors who were invisible in the past. We have trained our sales force to utilize a different type of lead.

  ### 7. Exceptional customer service, willing to bend over backwards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayden R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Jonas / Maggie's interaction w/ PhishLabs

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

We have had Kickfire for less than a year. Nothing immediately comes to mind regarding pains or dislikes.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing information from target organizations that interact with PhishLabs website.

  ### 8. Great tool for Sales Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The level of detail provided on visitors to our website is great. I also love that I get a daily email with the data dump from the day before visitors.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Wish there was more personal data but I understand the rights to privacy, etc. so not really a dislike, just a wish.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see if the targeted outreach I do in Sales is paying off or actually driving traffic to our website.

  ### 9. Great feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

I like being able to use our custom api's to track in google analytics via Kickfire.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Once it is installed, I feel like that is it. Not much advancement in the product since installing it.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Have some technical knowledge

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track quality traffic in Google Analytics to provide to Execs and sales team.

  ### 10. Would recommend for any digital stack

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Kickfire is extremely helpful in letting you know as much as the company, specific clickpath, and setting some scores for specific leads. Adding this to your martech stack will help in many different ways as you complement Kickfire with some other tools.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Kickfire cannot get as granular as telling you a specific contact on your site and their site seems to be a bit outdated in terms of look.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding traffic that is coming into our site and how we are able to follow up

  ### 11. Impressive technology and awesome staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The data that we received was excellent. The onboarding and support teams were awesome got us up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

There is nothing that stands out to me, it was all good.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Take your time to get all the tracking data organized. Don't add non-relevant tracking data make it as specific as you can. Organize and rank competitors and keywords.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding intent-driven undiscovered leads. The data was strong. In more than one scenarios we found current clients who were researching potential competitors. This allowed us to connect with them in a timely manner from a customer relationship-building perspective. Which opened doors for upselling

  ### 12. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Translation of IP addresses to companies, so we know who has been on our site

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Automatic billing, need reminders sooner

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing who visits our site, without having registration.

  ### 13. Helpful Support & Training

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Support is knowledgeable and quick to reply to emails.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

My own lack of knowledge makes it hard to understand sometimes. I appreciate when support staff can make it a bit simpler to understand.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding the tracking code to our new site. Having the code on our site gives great insights to our visitors and how they interact with our pages.

  ### 14. Critical tool and resource for scaling outbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lance M. | Head of Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Thanks to a very comprehensive on-boarding process and excellent account support, we were able to scale outbound rapidly in the first month.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The UX and UI leaves something to be desired but it's also the opportunity to work one to one with their agile team.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

For lean teams that are looking to increase output from outbound and marketing as a channel, leadsift has been great so far.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to scale MQL's and appointments from outbound as a channel within the first month of being users. The added firepower has be a significant contributor to growth and ROI was almost instant.

  ### 15. Useful business intelligence for lead collection and more insight into advertising placement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

I like the integration with Google Analytics and some of the characteristics added to the company detail in lead reporting.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The interface is a bit clunky and how the information is derived is a bit nebulous.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have more insight into our potential customer's actions they take on our website.

  ### 16. Decent product, bad company practices

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fred P. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

KickFire does a decent job of identifying business names from IP addresses. We get about 17% correctly identified.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

We ran into 2 issues where the company tried to charge us for things we did not use. The first they credited us for, the second we have had to dispute with our credit card company. Given these practices, we cannot recommend KickFire to other companies.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identify some business users based on IP address.

  ### 17. Great service for identifying new leads.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Exporting spreadsheets of visitor data is not very customizable.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New layers of data to add to my client's sales funnel.

  ### 18. Agile service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The simplicity of the value delivered. The list could be easily retrieved.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

We had some issues regarding opt in requirements with some of our platforms.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data base nourishment

  ### 19. KickFire gives us deeper web visitor intelligence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan S. | Head of Demand Generation & Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

As a scaling B2B SaaS business, we heavily rely on our website for lead generation. The Live Leads functionality gives us insight into the accounts visiting our website that we otherwise would not be able to capture. We're able to sync those leads to Salesforce so that our sales team can engage. We also leverage the Watchlist functionality so that we can be alerted when target accounts are visiting our website from ABM campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

So far we haven't run into any major issues. The search function can be a little click heavy at first but it gets the job done.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Have a plan for using KickFire and not just to see the companies visiting your website. Leverage the Salesforce integration so that you can capture the accounts and begin working them.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had KickFire, we were reliant on web traffic to fill out forms on our site. Now we're able to see all the businesses coming to our website and follow up proactively. We're also able to see KickFire's ROI in our ABM campaigns as our target companies engage with our website and content.

  ### 20. Head of Marketing Operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Head of Marketing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Easy integration with pardot. Provides a good volume of leads. Leads have good deliverability. Easy to use and can often find leads that have interest where you did not expect. Best used with a lead nurturing program.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

People were not opted in or aware of our company. But thats what you sign up for, so you know this up front.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

If you have a need for leads, get leadsift with speed.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It made for quality input to a prospecting email nurture campaign.

  ### 21. Analytics Made Simpler

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashleigh D. | Art Educator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

I really love that I am able to navigate my analytics and leads by looking for memorable icons that are clearly labeled. This software makes finding out where your traffic is coming from foolproof. That way, you can target the outlets with the most results.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

There is nothing that I particularly dislike about this software and its use. I consider it an investment in any business' health.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Don't hesitate - just go for it. If you're ok with other analytics software, you will more than likely be GREAT with this one.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really enjoy the fact that I can observe duration of visits - this tells me how long I have to capture the attention of my audience, on average. Additionally, I can examine which pages are the most popular - this tells me that I need to focus on these to direct traffic around my website by including links/spiking interest in other pages.

  ### 22. Terrible service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Nothing - the site Kickfire is set up on isn’t live anymore and our team doesn’t have log-in credentials.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Due to transitions with the company’s merger, no one knew we had an account with Kickfire until an invoice showed up. Despite numerous requests to speak with a manager, I was only directed to and threatened by a billing manager.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Beware — we have no login credentials and never heard from this company until the bill was due. A waste of $8,500 for nothing.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None

**Official Response from Angela Hawker:**

> Thank you for your review of KickFire. We're sorry to hear it didn't meet your needs. Our Customer Support team is very responsive and will provide login credentials and any updated tags to your website, as well as in-depth training for you and your team. Please contact support@kickfire.com so that we may address your comments.

  ### 23. Best Tool To Generate Passive Leads Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The tool gives us a detailed info about the visitor's data like company name, website, industry, company size.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The only thing to dislike is the inability to receive email notifications/alerts for the total API calls made.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

If you are interested in knowing which companies are visiting your website then this would be your go-to tool. Would recommend this for every B2B company.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KickFire for Google Analytics gives us an detailed information about the visitors on the website. Even though when the user has not filled in any of the lead forms, we would still be able to get the basic company data for cold-calling. This has made the struggle for searching cold calling leads data easier.

  ### 24. Fast and easy website metrics, insight into lead gen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie F. | Vice President of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

KickFire is a fantastic marketing tool for three main reasons. First, KickFire gives me instant data on who's visiting not only our website but what pages they've been on and how often they visit. Second, unlike Google Analytics that requires heavy lifting and a trained specialist to be useful, KickFire puts clear data at my fingertips that can easily be shared with marketing colleagues, sales, product teams, and senior executives. Third, KickFire provides friendly, timely support, which is hard to come by from large vendors that rely on customer self-help from online knowledge bases.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

My expectations of KickFire are for fast, insightful data rather than deep dives on web analytics. For this reason I'm particularly satisfied with KickFire.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

KickFire is a valuable tool at a reasonable price, especially for small marketing departments.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main business problems KickFire helps solve are 1) data-driven visibility into the volume of traffic to our website by marketing campaigns and programs, 2) data-driven visibility into the companies the site visitors are from, which is invaluable to know if we're reaching our targets, 3) easy ability to share metrics, 4) timely notification of visits to landing pages, product pages, blogs or other key content so we can see who is engaging with what and when, 4) notification by company name and other criteria to give timely metrics for account based marketing, and more. The biggest advantage of KickFire is that it gives me data-driven insights for marketing activities. This helps me provide real data to support marketing/campaign performance and make marketing planning and spending decisions. For example, I can correlate leads from specific campaigns to website visits and track their engagement. I can easily sort the entry pages to see what's bringing in the most traffic (such as campaign landing pages, blogs, product pages, etc.) This is particularly useful to show how content marketing with valuable, informative information brings in a wealth of targeted traffic compared to advertising and paid search for our offers. I can set up search filters to produce quick reports that identify visitors by target industries. This gives me data to show that marketing activities are bringing in not just any web traffic, but the targeted traffic we're aiming to reach. KickFire notifications alert me to prospects, customers, and competition visiting our website (by name, region, etc), which I use to speed up lead gen, help product management, and let sales know which competition is eyeing us and how often. I like KickFire best because it's easy to use, and my sales team is pleasantly surprised with lead and customer data that makes their job easier.

  ### 25. Many use-cases

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

It gives you some basic intent data to go after, which is especially great when you are at a company with no inbound leads or marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

A fair number of the leads are not as warm as I would like, or the intent signal is based around "following" a competitor on Twitter. In my industry if you are following a competitor, it probably means that you already use them.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding people that are in the right part of their 5-year buying cycle for IT Hardware

  ### 26. Kickfire Analytics - Second to none real time website analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

We have been using Kickfire for 7 years now - it used to be called Visistat. The package provides excellent quality, easy to use graphical presentations of your real time web site activity - plus they store all data for the entire time we have been a client. It is still far more useful than Google Analytics - which we also use.

However the real outstanding feature of Kickfire is the support they provide. In the early days we were giving them suggestions and they were implementing them for us - for example we suggested that by default they show 8 days in their weekly view instead of 7, 13 months in their monthly reports instead of 12 - so you could see compare today with the same day last week, this month with the same month last year. The company is very receptive to user feedback.

The package provides all data dumps to Excel - more than enough for most uses. We do have a couple of back end processes where we make fairly extensive use of their API capabilities which are very easy to use - and well documented.

The teams response to any issue is prompt, courteous and knowledgable. We have never had a issue that has not been resolved. The support team is simple first class.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

After 7 years there is nothing we dislike about the package. The new GDPR rules will limit some data availability from EU visitors but that is nothing to do with Kickfire - in fact they were proactive in alerting us to the changes and suggesting approaches to handle the transition.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

If you want to proactively go after revenue Kickfire is a tool that you can use for that.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We capture leads from our website that we track via the Kickfire daily visitors reports. This allows us to keep in touch with prospects in a timely manner. We work on Kickfire data weekly and we know this enables us to capture several hundred more sales every year - which is worth in the hundreds of thousands of dollars range to us annually. It really does make a difference to our revenue.

  ### 27. Excellent Plug In

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James O. | Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

the ability to immediately see company location and technologies they use on their website.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

does not always have the companies headquarters listed

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

could not recommend this tool more. great UI easy to get started and very effective.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

creating sales prospect lists and billing addresses for service orders

  ### 28. Great additional lead gen / enrichment vendor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Great datasets to use as a compliment or replacement for other related data vendors. Great integration for Google Analytics/Tag Manager for website visitor de-anonymization.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Data isn't as deep or wide as other vendors, but still well worth the price

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Consider your data enrichment needs and evaluate each vendor's datapoints accordingly. Kickfire's depth of NAICS & SICS data for records is useful for website visitor de-anonymization whereas other vendors lack it.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data enrichment for lead gen purposes

  ### 29. Makes my job so much easier!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra S. | Marketing Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Live leads is the coolest thing. We are able to see who and how many people are on the website and then let our sales people know and they go after the leads.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Onboarding in-house made the integration a bit difficult at first. I would like to see some implementation videos or walk-throughs for those who decide to go this route.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to properly identify our website visitors and tackle them accordingly. This has changed a lot for us lead wise.

  ### 30. Great Insight, Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The Google Analytics tool is amazing, I can see what companies are doing and build out anything I need to see in a custom report.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The UI is a little clunky, but is totally manageable.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

This is going to be a lot better of a lead discovery tool than you will get in your MAP. Much more insight and integration.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us determine intent of our visitors and if we are targeting the right visitors with out ads and SEO.

  ### 31. Live leads on the website

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan B. | Impartner Marketing Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

I love how it integrates with my google analytics.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

I was a little confused on how to properly use the platform until I had my kick-off call.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to see who is on our website, and how long they are staying there. I won't ever go without kick fire. It has opened up so many possibilities.

  ### 32. Very helpful for tracking inbound leads off website

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Kickfire helps me identify how a website visitor came to get in contact with us. I can then rank leads and communicate which ones are high quality to our marketing team so they can optimize our advertising spend.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

I dislike the load time on the website. It sometimes takes a long time to navigate through the website as it is constantly updating the data.

  ### 33. Horrible navigation - Hidden and useless search function

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Pulse, Week at a glance, Leads and Lead History

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

There's no visible search function on the landing page. The capability to search on a term is buried in the Learning Center in the footer, of all places. This is so frustrating. Plus, if I want to search on where to find the bounce rate, for example, once I've located the search function, the result shows the definition and gives zero information on how to find the actual stat. I can't even tell you how many times I've tried to search for certain stats and been so frustrated that give up and logout!

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Compare this to Google Analytics before you sign up.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, we can identify foreign traffic but there's no simple way to eliminate it from our stats. We haven't seen any real benefits. I've recently been playing with leads and lead history, which seems to have a good bit of info and will smoothly import into SF. However, these functions were stumbled upon, which I think is a major flaw with KickFire's navigation and lack of search for topics.

  ### 34. KickFire For B2B

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Kickfire is super user friendly - it gives me useful insights that are immediately actionable. I really enjoy the insight that I get into the types of users that are coming to my site. I work for a B2B company so the information in the leads portal really helps to inform my lead nurturing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

There have been times when I receive a warning that my website is not working when it is, and when I try to use more advanced features i feel like the instructions get a bit too technical.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Definitely check out this product. There are so many digital tracking tools out there that don't provide insight into the types of visitors that you have on your site, for this functionality alone KickFire is worth the investment!

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insight into the businesses visiting my website, and real time tracking of traffic numbers that is accurate and easily accessible. In the future I would love to use KickFire to improve our account based marketing efforts, and start using the systems more advanced features.

  ### 35. Fantastic and Reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

I like that knowing deals I am working on are driving traffic back to our site, helps me know what is real and what isn't. It also helps to know new companies that are organically finding us. Fantastic intelligence tool for sales and marketing.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Haha that we just don't get more people from these companies to engage directly with our sales and marketing teams. There's the allure of them being interested but not ready to completely buy in and start an opportunity with us. There are also some cool new integrations they are working on that will make things even more seamless.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving for having more insight into where our deals are, who are interested in our service organically, who is sales/marketing driving to the site and who are our real opportunities to close business. We've realized that we're often chasing the wrong people.

  ### 36. Great imformation given simply

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Director of Sales, Publishing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

I like that I see what I need to quickly and easily

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The only thing I would like to see is easier click-through access to the metrics on the full site

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Price...we are the price leader in our field so our customers can always find something cheaper. We know that we offer better products with better results and we hold to the idea that price without evidence of value is useless.

  ### 37. Good Website Traffic Visibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2017

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

It gives me visibility into who's checking us out and what they are looking at.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The filters don't always work to filter out industries we aren't interested in.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining visibility of customers and potential customers visiting our website.

  ### 38. Useful research tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bjorn L. | Business Development, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

It is very convenient and allows for insight into a company. Even if the person I'm looking for isn't listed, it at least shows me the email format that the company uses so I can surmise the email address of the prospect I am targeting.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The information provided is not always accurate and is sometimes outdated. I often get emails returned saying that email address doesn't exist.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

Try the trial version first. Our organization switched from kickfire to a different service which is much better but very expensive. Kickfire is a great place to start but needs to mature before it is ready to compete with other products.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps research potential prospects by finding leadership within an organization and their contact information. It also gives insight into a company's size and shows an estimated annual revenue and total number of employees

  ### 39. Good Real Time Web Site Monitoring Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

This tool gives me great insight as to which organizations are visiting our web site and what they're looking at in real time.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Annual pricing is a bit high, considering we don't use any of the back-end database contacts.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a rea-ltime view of what organizations are visiting our web site and what they're looking at. While we can't know exactly who from those organizations are looking at our content, it's still valuable to know which companies are looking at what, how often.

  ### 40. Good Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

KickFire provides a graphically pleasing view of our website visitor data.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

If you 'sit' on a few screens long enough they will 'timeout' and therefore you are required to login again. This does not happen on all the screens.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have KickFire continuously running on a monitor. This allows me to proactively determine if there is anything unusually happening on our website (mainly to little or too high of traffic).

  ### 41. KickFire (visistat) Review

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

It does a great job and i can't remember a single issue we've had so far

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

nothing to report. it does exactly what we want it to do.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

if you want to see if potential customers or competitors are visiting your website, this is a great solution.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we want to know who is visiting our website (customers, competitors) and the product does exactly that.

  ### 42. Don't bother not very useful .

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2016

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Nothing really. Features did not work as promised.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Where to start. The intelligence tool is not very intelligent. Contact info was out of date and the revisit notifications did not work.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wanted to know when website visitor revisited the website and try to identify them. None, kickfire did not work.
