- The percentage of traffic originated by identified organizations has significantly decreased since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

LeadSift is an extremely efficient platform to understand your audience's interests and to target new companies and prospects. It's quickly becoming our main tool to build an up-to-date, relevant database. Plus, their customer support is a joy to work with, and they are always eager to help and put new ideas on the table. 10/10 would recommend.

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The best part about Leadsift is their team. I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with their Customer Success Manager, Andrea Lopez. She always makes time to answer any questions that I have and provide relevant resources. When needed, she also brings in her colleagues from marketing, like Olivia Kenney, to help with things like Hubspot integration or nurture follow-up ideas. I've worked with many vendors in the past, and I can honestly say that Leadsift provides one of the best customer experiences.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The platform itself is pretty intuitive. But, it would be great if the user had the ability to add accounts per campaign on their own. Right now, it has to be done manually on their side unfortunately. Hopefully this feature will be added soon. Also, there are a lot of trigger/filter options, but occasionally there are ones that are missing. It's nice that the user can submit a request to add them, but it would be great if there was a notification once they are approved.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead gen is a big priority for a lot of companies. Leadsift acts as a starting point, generating a lot of leads based on custom triggers/filters. But, they definitely need to be nurtured to go further down the sales funnel.

The data is seamlessly delivered into our CRM Solution. This allows us to focus on prospects and not collecting data from various sources. The lead scoring also helps us understand how string the intent is.

Sometimes too much prospect information, have to refine our search triggers

Identifying prospects with buying intent or who are in the buying cycle. It was difficult approaching cold customers who dont have problems or no intention of buying. This solves that problem.

Invisible pipeline is the most exciting product of Kickfire as it helps to get us data for 98% of users interested in us but didn't fill out the lead form.

The pricing can be a bit lower, and the Integration time can be improved a bit.

The regular emails from LeadSift showing actual opportunities worth engaging with and WHY they're worth engaging with is really valuable.

There's not much to dislike. There are areas of the product that could be easier to understand but from a holistic viewpoint -- it does the job it's intended to do.

Make sure you take the time to go through their onboarding experience in-full and leverage their teams expertise whenever offered. They're a very knowledgeable bunch.

We have been using Leadsift to identify opportunities for our services. We use it to gain insight into accounts that we should be going after and identify people within certain companies who we should be selling our services to.

The UI is simple to use and allows for viewing of data on the screen or exporting to CVS/Excel.

At times, it is difficult to remember where you can find certain information resides. However, there are plenty of online resources and their support team is outstanding and quick to respond.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry Intent:**

What stands out for Kickfire is their customer service. Whether there is an issue that has arisen, a quick question I may need answered, or for training, they are very responsive and more than accommodating. As many of you may be aware when dealing with software vendors, especially the larger ones, they do not prioritize you unless you are one of their largest customers. However, the Kickfire team treats us like a partner and genuinely want you to succeed which is a nice change of pace from other vendors I have dealt with.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickfire enables my organization to go further with tracking who is on our website and understand what our audience is consuming. The UTM codes allows our email marketing to go further than Google/CMS system as we can now see what the user's "click path" is on our website and adjust accordingly for future communications. Additionally, we are able to identify previous users when they organically arrive on our website, or if they are new users, we are able to see what company they are employed at. Great insights that we previous we not able to see with just Google Analytics.

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

On paper, the solution is an amazing way to layer additional data points into GA to get more actionable insights into our web traffic and inform our ad strategy.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

In reality, implementation was a headache, and once we got through that, the pandemic and resulting WFH modality made IP targeting practically non-existent. We were advised to try to go "less granular" with our parameters, but the granularity KickFire ostensibly offered was the reason we were using it in the first place. We had the ability to target in the way suggested prior to executing an expensive multi-year contract. Despite hours of work with support, Google support, etc., we were never able to get the meaningful data we hoped for and which we were told prior to implementation would be available to us.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. After a year of struggles, we threw in the towel and gave up. As the product currently exists, it cannot fulfill the needs we were told it could.

LeadSift is one of the best tools that provide prospects with intent data. It is so great because it enables you to track the people who show intent to your competitors.

There is not much to dislike at all. The UI seemed to be a little weak but it is improved later this year.

LeadSift helps us feed our sales team with qualified prospects. The sales team has a great source that provides correct prospects when doing lead generation. LeadSift fuels our outbound sales with exactly what we are searching for.

Jonas was absolutely amazing in teaching me how to best use the KickFire tools and tracking live leads and page views. Through the process, we discovered that our tracking tag may not be up to date on our WordPress site. This was great to know, and we can now get it fixed and working properly.

Kickfire is an ideal  platform to better understand lead attribution.  It provides the type of actionable insights that allow you to refine your marketing campaigns.

I do not have any substantive dislikes. I would caution any potential user that the value will be entirely dependent on how well you set up your tracking codes. If may require you to have duplicative landing pages for each UTM.

If you need to better understand both the source and path of potential customers, Kickfire will serve your needs.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Attribution is the pain point we were looking to solve.  Google Analytics masks much of their data and to have a single source to understand where a lead has originated and their path on your website is critical for optimization.  We have been able to identify this information and allowed us to see significant lead improvement.

The quality of the data is really good, Less than 1% Bounce rate with their verified data. The customer success team is very considerate and made the onboarding extremely smooth.

It is a little complicated to learn the software at first. That said, I found support to be VERY helpful.

We use Leadsift for lead generation. Their reports are filled with the exact personas we are targeting. Looking forward to closing more deals.

We're able to get good volumes of real people who are showing signs of activity in our target marketplaces. The contact details have a high degree of accuracy so our outreach campaigns end up being quite efficient.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

A small percentage of leads need to be cleaned up, but they are easy to detect during processing.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a far more cost effective resource for us to prospect and get in front of organizations that could well be in the market for a solution like ours, much more efficient than spending on PPC which has become exorbitant or list buying which are dated and have no purchase intent factors.

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

The IP detection to identify companies was the main feature we used. We also used the integration with Hubspot in order to export these lists. It worked ok but did not see an obvious difference between Kickfire and other similar products such as Clearbit Reveal (that we have as part of our Drift Pro subscription).

The interface is simple.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

The product features are very limited, the interface is not very intuitive, and the support is non-existent. I felt like we were on our own with this product all the way up to the point where we cancelled it, but it only got worse there.

Support is terrible. Billing is awful. After canceling the subscription, Kickfire continued to bill us for "overages" instead of actually closing the account because the code snippet happened to be installed on some pages on our website. I've never heard of this happening with any other product. 

In terms of quality of data, it's near impossible to judge, but it doesn't seem to be better than Clearbit Reveal, which we get as part of our Drift subscription or ZoomInfo insights. 

Stay away.

Just don't. Plenty of better products out there.

Lead scoring and helping to build an ABM list of target companies. Honestly, did not really see a benefit out of it. No help or support from the CSR either.

**What do you like best about Foundry Intent?**

Ability to see company names instead of just IP addresses. Also, super fast support team. Jonas is literally the best customer service rep I've worked with. When I submit a support ticket by email, I am almost immediately responded to by phone or email with an answer. Also, usually the question I had leads us into another feature of kick-fire that I could use more training on so they handle that on the call as well. I never feel rushed to get on with my question or to close the ticket, their team really seems to care about their customers.

Every time I run into something I think I don't like, I find out that I just didn't know the use of it and once explained to me, its something to like instead!

Definitely do it! You won't be disappointed!

Kickfire gives me the website analytics I need for my executive meeting reports each month in an easy to digest format. I am fairly green when it comes to some reporting objects in this realm and I love that it is all very user-friendly and easy to understand. Plus anything I don't understand is explained by the support team. This tool is something that not only helps our marketing team but also our sales team and executives love receiving the daily reporting emails and gives great insight to them on facilities that are looking at our company for prospecting and lead generation.

I love that Jonas called me back right away, and he was not a foreigner with an accent that I can't understand.

That I can't create an Excel report with only columns of information I want. I don't need all of the data provided in the standardized Excel report.

We've had an extremely busy year and LeadSift allows us to passively add new prospects to Salesforce with useful data points that we'd never be able to do ourselves.

So far things have been great but looking forward to them adding more technographic data.

We are able to grow our database of prospects while our sales team is busy with other incoming leads and contracts. Having additional knowledge of these prospects is helpful for the sales team when it comes to prioritizing.

I really like the ability to set up alerts based on accounts you are wanting to watch. The best thing about these alerts is that they are real-time. You're able to see the traffic on your site from target accounts right as it happens, so you can react right away. Most other services make you wait until the next day.

There are quite a few false positives. This is just how this type of stuff works, since they are comparing IP addresses to public data indexes. Other services compare against several indexes and with that give a confidence score to each website visit, then only serve it up to the end user as a website hit if the confidence score is above a given threshold. I'm not totally sure how many indexes KickFire uses. With the confidence score model, you miss visits that might actually be meaningful. With a broader net, you get all the data and have to filter it out yourself. I guess it depends on your preference.

The excel .CSV sheet accompanying daily updates is super helpful. Also the automatic filling up of important fields such as location, employee size, revenue is helpful to evaluate SQLs.
The Country icons in the results make it super hands for different reps to identify their region and followup with those particular leads. Kickfire can also be integrated with other Softwares, which is very helpful

Mapping visitors to company is not most accurate; Sometime is logs wrong visitors,
Also, we should be able to sort the results as per our requirement. 
The IP tracking and mapping it to the right company can be further improved.

My recommendation would to definately give it a try, it's worth a shot. Just go for it. No actual competitors are there in the market. Just go for the trial and come back for the paid one after you get satisfied. You'll definitely find it more informative and engaging.

However it does has its limitations such as not always accurate mapping, not being able to track all the website visitors etc. You get daily views via email updates at a fixed time in the day, which is super handy. You can also track which page the visitor was on, which company, country, source they came from etc. All these features make it super useful to track the viewer data

Problem : Tracking website traffic; using website visitors as another source of lead generation

Data quality. We are a current user of KickFire and have had them integrated for about 2-years. We use KickFire primarily through an API that connects with a product that we developed, so knowing that we have an excellent back end source for data enrichment is critical for the success of our product offering - and our clients success using it. When we were looking for a data partner, we sent a large test data set to numerous companies and found that KickFire had the best match rate and quality hands down. The more we got to understand how their team curates their results were also compelling and a big reason why we chose to partner with them - their team has a great understanding of the mix of art and science to matching data properly.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

Contract lengths for API use come with a multi-year requirement but the team at KickFire has been easy to work with on the contracting details. KickFire's other offerings are quicker to implement, and pricing is on par with other providers.

Our recommended advice when shopping for any kind of data solution, is to be ready to provide your own real-world data for a quality test. That way you'll have a better idea how the system will  perform for you under your specific use case. Otherwise, testing a number of vendors will give you the confidence that the match rate meets your expectations.

We use their API as part of an Account-Based Marketing Solution called CompassABM. We use the KickFire data to resolve IPs, then we match the company names to known account records in our system so that we can personalize the website visitors online experience. If the visitor is on our list, they see website pages and messages specifically crafted for them. If they are not on our list, but we can resolve their company name, they are added to a Prospects list and we track all their page visits and expose that data to the sales team. Additionally, we promote content around the website that is relevant to their industry. With KickFire we have been able to deliver a seamless experience and visibility to account data that would be nearly impossible to get in this manner.

The IP unmasking technology displays the companies in a clean format limiting the amount of manual work that an analyst would need to do. Also, the custom dimensions available in the KickFire to Google integration allow for a deep dive of the data by not only analyzing the companies engaged, but the headquarters of the company, the revenue, employee size, etc. Through utilizing KickFire we are also able to enrich our data for both internal use cases and client marketing programs. Before KickFire we could never speak to what our audience was consuming and the company reach on our websites, but after using KickFire we have a way to share these insights easily with our sales team and target the correct audience.

**What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?**

There is no way to see how many people at a specific company have been identified. If there was a way to show that 2 people from a specific company viewed certain content vs 10 people from that company that would help to understand the volume of the audience that can be reached. Also, the pricing is a little steep if we were to add this to all of our sites.

**What problems is Foundry Intent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before KickFire we were making assumptions about our website audience and what these people were engaging in on our websites. Now, with KickFire we are able to accurately identify companies that are engaging in content, understand what specific pieces of content they are engaging with, how many pieces of content are being consumed, etc. Having this information at our fingertips allows for a deep dive into ABM targeting as well as contextual interest. We are taking these insights and utilizing them for both internal use cases as well as to enrich client campaigns. KickFire also helps with programs that are generating awareness and do not have a specific ABM list to market against. By identifying the companies that have engaged in the program, we are able to build our own list to use for targeting. Lastly, we are utilizing KickFire's tool "MyApi" and this allows our data to be process in real time through uploading a list of domains and seeing which of these companies are on the clients ABM list. The manual work is no longer, now that we are using KickFire!
