What do you like best about Forma.ai?

The Forma team is phenomenal - friendly, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They operate as a true extension of our team, providing strategic guidance in addition to technical support. Additionally, the seller dashboards are a total game-changer; they’ve brought our visibility into the 21st century compared to our previous legacy systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma.ai?

I am looking forward to the rollout of self-service reporting, which is currently on their roadmap (although worth noting that this isn't a blocker for anything - the Forma team is able to quickly pull ad hoc reports whenever we request them) . Also, the 3-hour refresh cycle for dashboards and admin reports after data updates can be a bit of a lag when we are looking for real-time adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forma.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous tool required significant spend on both software and external consultants, which wasn't scalable for our payee count. Forma’s managed service model solved that overhead immediately. Beyond cost, administrative reports are much more reliable and adaptable than with our old tool. Most importantly, we’ve restored rep trust because of the clear visibility into commissions with Forma dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Less flexibility to Admin user to make changes

Can improve BI and visualization

Allowing Admin user to create/edit reports and have visibility into/access to comp plan logic into the system.
