**What do you like best about Follow Lab Pro?**

What I love about FollowLab Pro is the ease with which you can get to grips with the application and how easy it is to use once properly configured. I also like the regular updates and features that make the product increasingly appealing. It's a real advantage for justifying a quality approach in line with my Qualiopi obligations!

**What do you dislike about Follow Lab Pro?**

It is a service that is young and improves with feedback. Small initial bugs are quickly resolved by the responsiveness of the FollowLab team.

**What problems is Follow Lab Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FollowLab allowed me to offer a dedicated personal space for my coaching sessions, my skills assessments, my VAE, and my training courses. I have a resource space that allows me to manage what I can make available, and everything is centralized.
