We not only got the best matches to the job descriptions but we have made great hires as well. With technology these days and the urgency to fight to get candidates, FOH & BOH make it so easy to communicate with potential hires. FOH & BOH has changed how we hire completely and is now the only platform we use for all of our hiring needs. **What do you dislike about foh&boh?** Candidates can have no profiles and not upload their resumes and still apply to jobs. I think if they changed it that candidates can only make profiles after they enter most of the required info that would be so much better. **Recommendations to others considering foh&boh:** . **What problems is foh&boh solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a hard time getting good quality candidates that had the skills we required. FOH & BOH targeting our specific industry has led us in the best direction we could be in for hiring. ### 2. Getting all my candidates that apply on different sites on one platform. It allows for at-a-glance review, screening, and scheduling for phone or in-person interviews. This is a game changer! **What do you dislike about foh&boh?** New platform, still working out the kinks and making new updates as it goes along. This means learning new steps, which might take you a second, but once you learn the steps it goes smoothly. **Recommendations to others considering foh&boh:** Try it for yourself, it's been extremely helpfull. **What problems is foh&boh solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining the process instead of having several different sites that I post on. It is industry specific so I get applicants with the experience that I am looking for. Helps me be more productive and efficient.
