**What do you like best about FM-Pro?**

It works well for tracking our brokerage sales and related commissions.

**What do you dislike about FM-Pro?**

It's not very intuitive in it's layout so there is a lot of back and forth that is not necessary in today's technological standards.

**What problems is FM-Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a brokerage department in our business. This allows us to track those orders and all related billing and payments, as well as the related internal commissions

**What do you like best about FM-Pro?**

Price point, simple to use interface , cheaper alternative for small and medium scale clients who cannot afford the likes of IBM tririga or oracle primavera unifier. Good modules for roofing, walling and paving .

**What do you dislike about FM-Pro?**

Need good training material for new clients in geographies where they have not come across the product. The iverall product knowhow could be better through training videos for newer engineers and consultants.

**Recommendations to others considering FM-Pro:**

If you or your client wants a cheaper alternatives to the IBM or oracle software for building management, FM pro is a decent alternative that gets the jobs done.

**What problems is FM-Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have two clients in the middle east who are using this internally and for their clients. We had a requirement for complete building management tool from our client who did not want to spend a lot of dollars in case of big brands like IBM and Oracle but needed all important and basic features in the solution.  The business performance definitely increased for our clients as they were able to use a one  stop solution for documenting, compliance and advanced data managenent.
