&lt;p&gt;The strongest protection usually comes from policy-driven encryption rather than relying on users to remember when to encrypt. I’d look for a setup that combines automatic sensitive data detection, default encryption for risky sends, secure file transfer, revocation controls, and audit logs so the secure path becomes the normal workflow.&lt;/p&gt;
