**What do you like best about FloorNotes?**

The most helpful thing about floornotes is all of the training videos being in one place, I also love the Chat feature that allows you to ask direct questions in seconds vs having to search for the answer in all of the training materials.

**What do you dislike about FloorNotes?**

I don't really think there is a downside to FloorNotes, everything is very user friendly.

**What problems is FloorNotes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FloorNotes is helping to train the newer pros more efficiently which is saving me time and allowing for me to sell better. It is also giving me any answers I need in seconds when timing is everything in sales.

**What do you like best about FloorNotes?**

It’s nice that I get morning updates sent directly to my dashboard. Before, we used to receive our updates through email, and this is so much better. Also, the AI chatbot helps me with any questions I have and assists me in closing deals.

**What do you dislike about FloorNotes?**

There was a bit of a learning curve, and it took me about a week to get the hang of it.

**What problems is FloorNotes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to search through outdated information just to find the right answer. Updates are completed every time, and they don’t get lost in my inbox.

I like how responsive it is, how quickly it improves with feedback, and how helpful it is in day-to-day use.

**What do you dislike about FloorNotes?**

I haven't ran into any issues with floornotes yet. The only issue I have noticed is sometimes printing feedbacks which may be a computer issues

**What problems is FloorNotes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Floornotes has been helping us get more in-depth information from the salespeople, while also streamlining our processes.
