It is very simple to use and leads you to enter in the data and detail required for resources

Not customizable or not simple to customize

**What do you like best about Flex?**

I like its easiness, Simplistic approach toward its user, features, support quality and many more but I would like to highlight one feature which keeps me using Flex its customization option. You can customise it according to your need and it is very flexible.

**What do you dislike about Flex?**

I don't find any gap but I would suggest or wish that @flex could change its UI for this user; it will be fantastic and the user can enjoy it even more and increase their market.

**What problems is Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using flex for Human resource management and onboarding, which works exceptionally well in managing and tracking our data and to make custom reports to show to our clients.

**What do you like best about Flex?**

Flex is easily configured and highly flexible in a user's ability to customize it.

**What do you dislike about Flex?**

As is often the case, one's greatest asset can often be its greatest liability.   Sometimes one can inadvertently create an unstable platform because one is given too much customizable freedom.

**What problems is Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flex is providing a one stop shopping experience for gathering required business intelligence.

**What do you like best about Flex?**

I like the option os splitting rent in two, I have not used it myself - but I do see how it could be helpful for some. I have however used them for the deposit option.

**What do you dislike about Flex?**

There's really not much I dislike, I think it's a good option to have.

**What problems is Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefitted me when I had to pay 3 rents as a deposit, since I don't have a credit score.
