**What do you like best about fler?**

As a small startup, Fler has been a lifesaver for us. We needed to hire two customer success experts ASAP, and Fler made it happen. The automated outreach helped us find amazing candidates we wouldn't have reached through simple job ads. The personalized messaging and easy interview scheduling were clutch. Fler saved us a ton of time and resources, which is huge for a startup like ours.

**What do you dislike about fler?**

Honestly, it's hard to find anything to complain about with Fler. If I'm being really picky, the analytics could be a bit more detailed, but that's not a big deal compared to how much Fler has helped us grow our team. The Fler folks are always open to feedback, so I'm sure they'll keep making the platform even better.

**What problems is fler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have a big HR team or tons of time to spend on recruiting, so Fler's automated outreach is a total game-changer. It helps us find and attract amazing candidates that we wouldn't have reached through traditional methods like job ads.
