**What do you like best about Flask?**

Flask addresses an old issue with a new approach that feels far more efficient and effective. It has redesigned the entire collaboration workflow for creating media, and it has been very successful at doing so. That said, the most important and impactful part of the product for me is its agility: it adapts quickly, evolves, and actually hear to feedback  from clients and customers and implements them in quick turnaround. One last thing I love is the UI and UX. It’s extremely sleek, and I genuinely enjoy using it.

I'm also a bit of a techie, so I also liked the possibility to access it via API and MCP which is quite handy if you want to create automations. 

The pricing feels very competitive compared to anything else in the market for the moment, so it feels like a bargain when you get a team account

**What do you dislike about Flask?**

Flask is changing fast in time so you might find new features or old features repositioned when you log in

**What problems is Flask solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Flask solves is very specific and vertical: it smoothens the collaboration workflow within my team, adding a multimedia approach that is very handy and lightweight to use and learn.

**What do you like best about Flask?**

Fast and intuitive, with only a few buttons, so no training is required. There are no unnecessary additions or extra content added just to pad things out.

**What do you dislike about Flask?**

Actually, nothing. For my needs, there are no negative points.

**What problems is Flask solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was paying for Frame io, along with a bunch of add-ons and functions that I never used. Flask is much easier and more immediate to jump into, and it also lets me save some money.
