And this means they take up space in my CRM. **What problems is FixYourFunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have implemented for clients and myself in various ways. It has a fully functional phone system that works great for any remote office that can direct calls to cell phones, it also has integrated text messaging for easy connections with new leads. ### 2. It is frustrating when my session expires. I realize that all my efforts were in vain. The timer allows me to work for periods while the alert ensures that I dont forget to return to a tab. The user interface appear a bit clunky it functions well. The initial setup process require some knowledge. **What do you dislike about FixYourFunnel?** FixYourFunnel is an messaging system it does have a few areas where it falls short. Navigating through the platform is somewhat complex. Cause frustration for users. Although it excels at reaching an audience it lacks advanced features and tracking capabilities offered by other systems. While the support staff is helpful there is room for improvement in terms of providing a onboarding process to ensure seamless implementation. **What problems is FixYourFunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using FixYourFunnel our phone system was, in disarray. We were missing calls losing customers and wasting amounts of time. Our process progress has decreased by using this. It lacks to Monitored, guaranteeing that no customer is overlooked. ### 3. One aspect is the lack of integration with CRM platforms, which limit its effectiveness for businesses that rely on those platforms. My chats are always in view, which makes switching between clients a breeze while messaging. **What do you dislike about FixYourFunnel?** As a person who constantly switches between tabs/screens while working, it would be helpful if a timer or alert would appear to indicate when your session is nearing its end. It can be frustrating to be in the middle of a text and realize when you press send that it was for nothing because your session had expired. A timer could allow the option for an extended period of work time, or the use of an alert would remind you to return to that tab and continue working before it expires. **What problems is FixYourFunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fixyourfunnel has minimized the problem of clients who do not check their emails regularly. It also does away with the phone tag. I've had so much more success confirming appointments and reservations with FixYouFunnel then I ever had with emails or phone calls. **What do you dislike about FixYourFunnel?** There is a slight learning curve to figure out campaigns and keywords but once you get it down it's pie. **Recommendations to others considering FixYourFunnel:** You won't regret it! It gives our clients/prospects a more convenient form of communication since most people have their phones on them during the day. FixYourFunnel has worked, but we're at a point where it doesn't do everything we need it to. **What problems is FixYourFunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it's VOIP services and call tracking features and integrate the data with our CRM.
