FixYourFunnel lacks to provide a timer or alert feature to help me stay organized, during my workdays. It is frustrating when my session expires. I realize that all my efforts were in vain. The timer allows me to work for periods while the alert ensures that I dont forget to return to a tab. The user interface appear a bit clunky it functions well. FixYourFunnel is an messaging system it does have a few areas where it falls short. Navigating through the platform is somewhat complex. Cause frustration for users. Although it excels at reaching an audience it lacks advanced features and tracking capabilities offered by other systems. In terms of areas, for improvement there are a couple of things that need increase FixYourFunnels usability. One aspect is the lack of integration with CRM platforms, which limit its effectiveness for businesses that rely on those platforms. As a person who constantly switches between tabs/screens while working, it would be helpful if a timer or alert would appear to indicate when your session is nearing its end. It can be frustrating to be in the middle of a text and realize when you press send that it was for nothing because your session had expired. A timer could allow the option for an extended period of work time, or the use of an alert would remind you to return to that tab and continue working before it expires. With so many people having cell phone today it is so much more convenient to reach out through text. It also does away with the phone tag.
