**What do you like best about FixYourFunnel?**

It has not completely revolutionized my customer communication methods. The automation features are not amazing. The seamless integration of text messaging does not allows me to connect with customers in a good manner.

**What do you dislike about FixYourFunnel?**

In terms of areas, for improvement there are a couple of things that need increase FixYourFunnels usability. One aspect is the lack of integration with CRM platforms, which limit its effectiveness for businesses that rely on those platforms. The user interface is overwhelming for beginners as it requires some effort to navigate and understand.

**What problems is FixYourFunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It would be beneficial if the pricing structure was more transparent since some features come at a cost. Words cannot adequately express how much our phone system has been revolutionized by FixYourFunnel. Struggling to keep up with customer inquiries.
