**What do you like best about Fixel?**

The software offers one of the best services when it comes to automation segmentation, excellent results in terms of ROAS and CPA, and easy to use. Users don’t have to use much time coming up with multiple audiences and based on engagement factors, and you can set several segments for users of a website. Using Fixel is pretty easy, their customer support is wonderful, and the pricing plans can meet your budget. 

**What do you dislike about Fixel?**

I believe that they can have a better dashboard and initial code implementation is challenging to users, thus disadvantaging to users who are not fluent in it. The software works better, but it requires improvements to allow users to know a few things about website visitors. Before you get started, you also need to have some amount of traffic.  

**Recommendations to others considering Fixel:**

If you are looking for a software that identifies and classifies your website’s visitors, then Fixel should be your first choice.  

**What problems is Fixel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fixel has helped me in the process of remarketing to an audience. Particularly, it has enabled me to identify and target my top audience with ease and bring them back to my website. The software has also helped in scaling out to new visitors with confidence.
