It’s easy to use, quick to implement and gives peace of mind that staff issues and documentation are being handled properly. **What do you dislike about Fitz HR?** As a newer platform there are still additional features and award coverage that would be great to see added over time. Also helped with issues with staff being constantly late and work related poor performance and helping with the paper work to correctly perform performance reviews, advice on performing meetings with staff to come to a fair outcome.
