Scheduling: set up one-off sessions or weekly recurring classes that fill your calendar automatically. Every class has a capacity cap and an assigned coach, and conflict prevention means no double-booked time slots. Locations each carry their own timezone, so multi-spot businesses stay organized. Member self-booking: every business gets its own booking site at yourgym.fitnito.com with week, day and list views. Members reserve and cancel their own spots against live availability, and you get an attendance list for every class. Passes and payments: sell punch-card passes and unlimited memberships tied to your programs. Bookings track visits automatically and the dashboard flags members running low. Payments run through your own Stripe account and deposit straight to your bank account — Fitnito adds no transaction fees of its own. Built-in AI assistant: new gyms are set up through a chat conversation — the assistant creates your booking site, programs, passes, coaches, first classes and first member while you talk. After launch it answers day-to-day questions, like who is booked into tomorrow's 6 AM class or which members are low on visits.
