**What do you like best about fiskaly?**

Fiskaly help in managing all the sales records and best point is now you don't have to hire a tax consultant, becuase fiskaly do it for you, it manages all the tax transactions and save it to the cloud storage and you can access it from anywhere and we don't need a speical hardware system for that it can easily be used with our current pos systems.

**What do you dislike about fiskaly?**

Although fisklay have their own cloud storage systems but the data and privacy of customers is top most, saving data on cloud maybe challenge to privacy concerns also the subscription cost of fiskaly is much higher then getting a intern to manage all the tax records manually, also the dependency of internet severs result in unable to process transactions many times.

**What problems is fiskaly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fiskaly managing all the transactions for smooth process in submiting and managing tax records, also it doesn't requires any hardware to operate, the software is good to go with current pos systems. From removing human errors in tax records to saving time in prepairing records. Also it saves all the data on it's own cloud storage which helps acessing data from anywhere, anytime. Fiskaly already had 6 billion+ transactions which shows that how business growing with fiskaly and also it has iso 27001 certification which improves the security of the customer's privacy. Managing more then 17 TB data shows the backend support of fiskaly. Their customer care support is too good, sometimes it takes time to revert you back but they solve and reply to each and every query.
