**What do you like best about FirstBit Distribution ERP?**

FirstBit has help me ease of managing day to day financial recording by optimizing import and export templates that easy to cope up with. Integration is a little bit difficult with other software's due to technical tweaks but overall I'm satisfied with it.

**What do you dislike about FirstBit Distribution ERP?**

I don't like the customer support part as they're trying to close the ticket without fully understanding the customer's concern.

**What problems is FirstBit Distribution ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FB helps to generate three way model effectively and logs for user has been traceable unlike other software's that being used.
