Being able to fill open shifts based on staff availability 

**What do you dislike about FIRES (Fire-Rescue Scheduling System)?**

Not too many features with this software, would like to see them add more for ease of use for individuals

**What problems is FIRES (Fire-Rescue Scheduling System) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to properly manager schedules so that there are no issues with overtime. Being able to save company profits and decrease payouts of overtime.
