**What do you like best about Findologic?**

Fast and reliable Service with best practice features and always improving interface.
We use Search, Direct Integration und mostly all backend features offered.

**What do you dislike about Findologic?**

As always, there are some limitations which can bother you, depending on your onlineshop. The Support is always trying to help, but sometimes i just have to wait until new features are released, to achieve my new goals. (I have always newly improved goals... ;)

**What problems is Findologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Top notch search, very fast, with all specialties of our shop covered.
I managed to stay with our "old and slow" shop, by integrating findologic directly, the look and feel improved a lot, the speed is up to date again.
This saved me investing in a new shop (will come later anyway...)

**What do you like best about Findologic?**

Integrates well with Shopware 5 and enhances our shop's search and sorting capabilities massively. From an end consumer's point of view, easy to use and very powerful search. Furthermore, Elena and Steve from findologic, our contact persons, are very hands-on, easy to work with and offer fast solutions to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Findologic?**

The sorting function could be enhanced by connecting with our product data and pictures so that creating manuel sortings for category or landing pages becomes more easy.

**What problems is Findologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to enhance the search in our online shop and offer our customers more options when searching for broad keywords or detailed product names, thereby improving average session duration and conversion rate.

The service is reliable, fast, and easy to use. If you need support, you get help very fast.

**What do you dislike about Findologic?**

Sometimes a project needs a longer lead time. I wish it would be possible to implement new things a bit faster...

**What problems is Findologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Findologic provides a far better search functionality on my website than my webshop software does provide. It's much more customizable, and therefore it's easier to reach our marketing goals...
