nothing its just waste of time and money

Constant bugs and huge buffering make it unusable.
Support team is unresponsive and unprofessional.
Refund requests are ignored; feels like a scam.
Very disappointing experience – don’t waste your money!

FieldWeb aims to address challenges in field service management by offering features like real-time tracking, task scheduling, and customer relationship management.

 However, based on your experience, the software has not effectively solved these issues. You encountered persistent bugs and significant buffering, which hindered task completion and disrupted workflow. Additionally, the unresponsive and unprofessional support team failed to address your concerns, leaving you without the intended benefits of streamlined operations and efficient service management.

**What do you like best about FieldWeb?**

The most helpful thing about FieldWeb is real-time tracking and monitoring and mobile access for Field workers. This simplifies communication between field workers and office staff.

**What do you dislike about FieldWeb?**

Depending on the business's unique needs, FieldWeb might not offer the level of customization some users desire. If a company has very specific workflows or reporting requirements, they might feel restricted by the platform's default options.

**What problems is FieldWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us managing multiple field technicians, assigning jobs manually, and tracking their status can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Without proper systems, businesses struggle to dispatch the right technician for the right job at the right time.

Nothing to be honest. It's have all the features where a service industry can explore all the features in one platform.

So, it's about a fieldweb is solving all the problems while you are tracking a technician from collecting leads on the field, a owner can easily create an invoices related to the particular task. And having a centralized data.
