**What do you like best about FieldOS?**

The user interface is subtle and clean, everything is where it should be.  Customization of certain features for managers and field techs as needed is the best feature.

**What do you dislike about FieldOS?**

We've run into system bugs, not frequently but nothing a refresh can fix.  A scheduled restart every week helps with these.

**What problems is FieldOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every user has the ability to create and follow through on every step of the work orders through the platform.  This helps create productive work flow.

**What do you like best about FieldOS?**

By scanning a QR Code, I have all asset details completed. I chat with contractors on the app until resolution. No message hunting in a cluttered interface, no waste of time, just focused on the matter.

**What do you dislike about FieldOS?**

The interface and functionality just changed to a new version. Better, faster, smarter...but I have to adjust.  I need to adjust but will get the hang of it soon.

**What problems is FieldOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping the company's things working is important. If something breaks, it costs time and money. Using an app to collaborate with contractors in real time helps a lot.
I specify that since nov 2022 I became an employee of FieldOS, because I want to participate to its success. I put this review as a user previous to that moment.
