easy to keep track record of employees and their customer service is excellent

**What do you dislike about FeedbackOnline?**

I pretty much liked all of its feature, just few of the time the system dont update even after putting details of a employee, but it happened very few times.

**What problems is FeedbackOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is helping us to keep track record of our employees performance after every project.
