**What do you like best about AssessTEAM?**

Saves an enormous amount of time for annual reviews, and the price point is fair for what we use it for.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

Our use case is very basic, so the rich feature set is overkill for us. That said, we have used to automate an annual review process that might benefit from aligning better with the processes that AssessTEAM has built in.

**What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to automate a previously paper-based process wherein about 15-20 people did upward or downward (or both) reviews annually. Then we consolidated the reviews into single upward and downward reviews, one for each person. AssessTEAM provided the tools to convert this to a mostly automated process. It took a while to figure out exactly how to replicate that process in AssessTEAM, but once completed, it has worked very well. That said, we had to create Excel spreadsheets to help consolidate the results (both quantitatative and narrative) into single reports, so the last step is still pretty tedious.

I haven't found a downside in the two years I've been using the system. It is super easy to use. We only do reviews twice each year, and it has all the features we need to fully review our entire team.

**What do you like best about AssessTEAM?**

The ease of use of the site and the great service from Michael Williams.  MIchael is always available and helpful.  When there is an issue, he spends the time to evaluate the  problem and resolve it and many time while on screen.  He is a fantastic resource.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

1) Inability to adjust the eval template after sending out (ie....can't add or delete evaluatees/evaluators) once sent out
2) That is clears/resets your search filters every time
3) The name 'results area' should be Eval Template Content.  I have to re-educate myself every cycle to remember that completed evals don't reside here.
4) Having to take a screenshot of the product to complete this review.  Feel like this signals distrust of your client or your employees.

Easy to be the admin for it.  can easily add employees, assign managers and people that should be doing upward and downward reviews.

when adding new hires into assessteam and assiging the new hires a manager that will be reviewing them, it should automatically be added to that managers profile as well.  instead, i have to manually go into that managers profile and add a downward evaluator.

The best thing about AssessTEAM is that it can save hours of work for HR professionals.
You can set up all HR activities one organization might need together with yearly planning of them.
Then the team responds with a couple of clicks basically.

I wish I had a customer support team during setting up the processes to navigate me as it took me a while to understand how it works.
Though once I asked for their support, they helped me immediately.

The most helpful thing is having a personal contact, Michael Williams, at AssessTeam who I can contact with all my questions and he responds quickly and can always meet when I need to visualize it. I also appreciate the ease of use when adding a new person, and with ease of sending and resending.

There are some limitations, we knew going in. The biggest issue is not being able to have multiple answers for 1 question.

It's thorough.  But can be repetitious.  It is very easy to read and review once completed.

I find it hard to create a new evaluation.  I don't like that I have to create it and have it emailed to me.

The different types of records you can integrate into each person in your team.  The flexibility to adjust weight and other values into our evaluation templates.

Nothing really. I like all the offerings on the platform.

The manual collectin of feedback use to be a problem, then the data analysis too. Assessteam has facilitated both tasks, improving the way we collect feedback and helping us in diminishing the cost of these tasks.

The dashboard allows us to see a full picture in one place rather than having to run a report.  That is my favorite feature.

It can be overwhelming at first. I would love a slide show that shows the basics to introduce to an employee.

The only down side which really is not an issue is that there are multiple ways to get to the same thing and that sometimes gets a bit confusing until you learn the software

Able to customize to fit specific business need, is user friendly and cloud based.  The customer support is excellent, even though Rajat is half way around the world in India.  Implementation was fairly easy.

the question prompts for each kind of job are very helpful. It is great to have a cloud hold the data vs a file folder. Very thourough for a larger company

I personally do not like a scoring system, i like discussion and feedback. we do not use this part. our company is probably too small as we do not need a lot of what is offered. Nothing i don't like, just don't need or don't understand how to use

**What do you like best about AssessTEAM?**

We could tailor the experience to our team's needs. We could write as little or as much as we wanted and decide on the numerical weight we wanted to use. Also, the option to make it anonymous really helped us create the best process for our company culture.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

It is not so easy to select the visualization so I can differentiate reviews I made from reviews I received, it took me a while to figure that I should filter by evaluee. I think self reviews and reviews received should be separate from reviews given. For context, our team mostly focuses on written review and not so much on scores so the dashboard for us doesn't replace easily finding reviews given.

**What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system to do 360 reviews in a constructive and srructured way without disrupting our organic interactions. AssessTEAM helped us create a sterile environment to share feedback with each other.

Periodic/ Adhoc Triggers are  limited. Hoping there'd be a custom option where we can plot the dates  for Triggers even on quarterly basis or on specific dates. Ex : March 26, June 26, Sep 20

It helps us in managing individual performane, it also helps us in making sure that timely evaluations are sent. It is also easy to monitor compliance through this platform.

Not dislike but a wishlist that there would be an audit trail for the changes made in the system. This would be super helpful for accounts that have multiple HR users.

It helps us with recording all performance reviews and make it easy for our managers to assess performance by just clicking a link. It saves us a lot of administration time which helps us focus more on strategic initiatives.

Extract of data/feedback needs improvement. Interface of comparison is a bit hassle. Once you download, it's even worse... Assessteam needs to arrange improvement for this part. It would also be great to create performance review report - like a pdf file that displays the questions and collected feedback well written. 
When it's anonymous, the feedback should not be in the same order with the previous feedback, then it's making kind of obvoius... Hope you understand what I mean

It is customizable and scalable for all organizations. We're small and only wanted to use it for Performance Reviews. It was so easy to set up, it is simple to operate, customer service is stellar, and the cost is perfectly calibrated.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

We haven't had a single issue left unresolved, so we don't have any complaints at all. We found one bug early on in our setup process, reported it, and they fixed it in less than a week. We feel this is the best investment our organization has made to date.

**What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have written our own Performance Reviews top to bottom and will continue doing so bi-annually. We use the templates, route the reviews through the system, and manage all follow-up with the tools AssessTEAM provides. It is a comprehensive solution.

AssesTEAM is a great tool. On;y downside, if any, is that it's TOO customizable. It might get overwhelming to set up evaluation templates that fit the agency's needs.

It prevents our agency from doing things on paper. Performance reviews can now be done digitally, and staff can request feedback from team members and subordinates, not just supervisors.

Hard to set up/navigate initially.  Wizard does not give same results as manual set up.

We go to Michael for everything from adding our custom templates to troubleshooting administrative problems.  He is great.  Would love a cheat sheet rather than a U tube on how to navigate the system.

Assess has made it very easy for reviewers to complete reviews using their web-based platform.  Reviews are completed much more quickly and enrich the performance review process.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

It would be enormously beneficial to administrators to be able to export better consolidated reports from the system and to be able to alphabetize reports by SURname, not by first name.

**What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

to my knowledge, they are not working on being able to alphabetize reviewers or reviewees by surname, nor, working on creating a more professional consolidated review report.  We spend too much time exporting information and formatting the reports ourselves.
