## About FeedbackHero
FeedbackHero is an HR app solution that helps companies save time and money when going through a 360 performance review process, all while creating more productive and high performing teams, decreasing employee turnover and increasing employee satisfaction. The app helps you create review cycle within 5 minutes and get actionable insights through visual dashboards and automatic reports. Along with the application, you also receive a pre-prepared soft skills questionnaire related to as many as 6 competencies created by a group of psychologists. Besides that, you can create your own custom questionnaire and even to conduct instant feedback reviews. Each employee will have their own profile where you and they can see all the data from each feedback review process. This means you'll be able to create and visualize their career path, as well as check their improvements whenever you want.

**What do you like best about FeedbackHero?**

It's customer support, east to use and the data analysis

**What do you dislike about FeedbackHero?**

While Data exporting few desired formats are not here

**What problems is FeedbackHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly it's a problamtic when it's come to take feedback from customer but it's help me on that and make it easy.
