**What do you like best about Fancy Hands?**

I liked that Fancy Hands was helpful with your PA tasks one year ago. However, I have noticed a significant degradation in the quality of their services since then, to the point where they cannot handle basic tasks effectively.

**What do you dislike about Fancy Hands?**

The degradation in the quality of their services to a point where it is totally outrageous.
The delayed processing of normal tickets, which can take over 24 hours, and their inability to process simple PA tasks in a timely manner.
The repeated requests to add tasks due to their team running out of time waiting on the line, which can lead to a significant inconvenience for customers.
The "live request" feature not being live at all, resulting in extended wait times without any response.
Their refusal to provide a refund for unsatisfactory service, citing their "no refunds on used credits" policy as the reason.

**Recommendations to others considering Fancy Hands:**

Look somewhere else.

**What problems is Fancy Hands solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Fancy Hands. As a customer of over 15 months, I have been saving credits for later use, only to be met with a degraded service that is totally outrageous.

I have had several negative experiences with their services. Normal tickets took over 24 hours to be processed, and despite being simple PA tasks, they were unable to process them in a timely manner. I had to follow up multiple times, only to be told that they cannot process my requests.

Furthermore, there was an incident where they repeatedly asked me to add requests because they ran out of time waiting on the line. After waiting for an extended period, I eventually gave up and called their hotline, where I was able to get to a person within 3 minutes.

To make matters worse, I also experienced their "live request" feature not being live at all. I sent a request and waited for hours without receiving any response.

After these unpleasant experiences, I asked for a refund on the requests I had saved. However, their team straight out rejected my request, saying that their "no refunds on used credits" policy has no exception. I find this policy to be unfair and unreasonable, given the degraded service they provided me.

Overall, I cannot recommend Fancy Hands to anyone looking for reliable and efficient PA services. Their recent degradation in services has caused significant inconvenience for me, and their unwillingness to provide a refund for their unsatisfactory service only adds to the disappointment. I urge potential customers to reconsider their choice and consider other options.

Unfortunately after signing up I was told that my task violated their policies. I understand why they weren't able to help me out, but I was disappointed that their policy was not clear ahead of time (I did my research). 

**What do you like best about Fancy Hands?**

There was a discount code for your first month, which I'm glad I used because I ended up canceling my account. Definitely use a code/referral when starting out. It really isn't much money. I also like how it calculates how much time you've saved. 

**What do you dislike about Fancy Hands?**

Poor communication between Fancy Hands employees, requiring more emails on my part. Pursuing a refund was difficult and ultimately I gave up. I think they have a ways to go in terms of customer service. 

**What problems is Fancy Hands solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After working with Fancy Hands, it seems there are a lot of simple, one-off business tasks that they can help with like scheduling an appointment, making an online order ect. However the tasks must align with their specific requirements.

**Describe the project or task Fancy Hands helped with:**

One of the things that my employer needed was to assist and assist their clients through the electronic devices, but not in their work station but rather in the comfort of my space, which is where I said ideal this is an excellent opportunity, It is a multi-purpose activity that involves many management operations that is comfortable and safe for my employers.

**What do you like best about Fancy Hands?**

The best thing I have seen or had with this activity is that the management is comfortable and from any place is not necessary any kind of physical presence that merits otherwise only agreements via telephone or electronic devices. It is totally impersonal thing that makes it excellent.

**What do you dislike about Fancy Hands?**

The assumption of responsibility for these tasks means that they maintain a schedule or constant attention to service, which is why the lack of mobility of the person with the responsibility of not attending this service or work is the same.

**Recommendations to others considering Fancy Hands:**

To all my colleagues who observe that their work is really necessary the use of a care assistant, this would be the best option for it, since it resolves and immediately manages everything that is required or needed as an operation and attention telephone and devices.
