**What do you like best about Famly?**

Famly is an amazing engagement tool to enhance everything we’re doing. The only reason the day to day in our nurseries comes to life for our families is because of Famly. Of course, parents talk to staff, but so much is shared and built in Famly. Famly is the mouthpiece for our staff to share with families all the brilliant work and activities they are doing, regularly and in real time.

Famly does everything you would want a nursery management software to do and SO much more. Having everything all in one place and so easy to use, has been a game changer for all our staff, at all levels. We know we are providing an even better quality of care and education because of our use of Famly, and because of the time Famly saves our teams, which means they can spend more time doing the things that truly matter - creating moments filled with awe and wonder for our little ones to thrive in. Which, in turn, they then bring to life for our families  through the Famly Newsfeed!

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

There is very little, if any at all, that springs to mind when I think of dislikes for the Famly app. We are always so impressed with the attention and delivery for any issues or suggestions we have taken to Famly. The app is constantly evolving and the team at Famly are very good at involving the end user at every stage of the development.

**What problems is Famly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to communicate with families and staff, manage the day to day in each nursery from invoicing to staff ratios and availability, track business performance and manage our prospective families.

**What do you like best about Famly?**

Famly saves you time, streamlines admin, improves communication between parents and your team, and supports early years providers with blogs, virtual CPD and clear messaging that places children at the heart of practice. Children's information tools help providers plan activities and experiences, track progress, keep parents updated, and focus on all aspects of keeping children safe. Ultimately you'll provide better care and education for children as you'll work more effectively, giving you time for what really matters, interacting with children.

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

Top tip -  allocate time for onboarding, getting your head around any system can be time-consuming, but Famly offers comprehensive support to help providers get started

**What problems is Famly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Famly's competent admin, finance integrations, and communication tools solve time-consuming tasks, improve relationships, and provide essential support. This means that as an early years consultant, I know my clients have more time to focus on, improving practice, making a difference to those children who need more and delivering the best care and education for all children.

**What do you like best about Famly?**

Famly does everything that you need it to do in terms of running the business side of the nursery as well as dealing with the every day parts of a nursery. We are paperless because of Famly, and our parents and grandparents love using it because it is seamless and allows our families to connect with us.

The content that Famly produce is also brilliant. The interviews and articles are always well thought-through and provide excellent advice and guidance. This is a key thing because they are not just a company that provides a software solution, they give guidance about the Early Years and are generally great people.

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

There isn't much I can fault about Famly because they are always open to putting things right or improving the experience to make things better for users.

**What problems is Famly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Famly solves so many problems and allows us to have so much information in one place. The benefits of this means that we can access information at any time and place and make quick updates. The best things are the split between the parts that are children focused and how this helps us capture things about them and share information easily and the more business focused side of things that allow us to seamlessly run our operation, send out invoices etc. Famly wants to make a difference to the sector and they are an absolute pleasure to work with because they are ambitious about what we do.

**What do you like best about Famly?**

Famly always provide us with excellent customer service and support, nothing is too much trouble, they have spent the time to get to know the sector and really understand the challenges it faces. The software itself has been a fantastic addition to our operations and has streamlined many processes, saving valuable time for all staff.

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

There is little to say with dislikes, like any product improvements can always happen but the difference is Famly listen and will work with you to try and find solutions. They are continuously moving forward, a refreshing approach.

**What problems is Famly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Famly provides us with many benefits, ultimately it is a huge time saver but delivers so much more operationally. A key area that has been of benefit is as a communication tool with families and colleagues, it has proven to be invaluable over the past few years.

**What do you like best about Famly?**

There is so much more to Famly than the app they produce. Of course that is central but it is all the extra value they provide the sector with events and blogs etc that really make them stand out to me.

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

It would be good to be able to schedule messages in the app and I wish the notication red label would clear quicker! Just small things though really, nothing major at all.

**What problems is Famly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling me and my team to run the nursery, be connected to families and track important staff information like the Bradford factor score. It is providing us with useful informatiuon and practical essentials.

**What do you like best about Famly?**

The simplicity of the platform is great for all users, from those in the rooms to those in management. The ability to do all we need, in one place is just great.

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

The only thing that is a downside, is the ability to authorise devices to use Famly. If we could, it'd be helpful to ensure staff can't log into Famly on their personal devices.

**What problems is Famly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time efficiency, environmental impact, digitalising records, centralising data.

The intergration between the essentials needed to run a successful business combined with an excellent child centred, parent facing software that is our number one way of communication

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

Occasional lags in large photo uploads for posts to parents.

A total means of communication with parents, documenting children's development and also keeping track of Business performance, invoicing and other key metrics such as occupancy and enquiries

Famly is very user friendly in terms of management as well from a parents view. The news feed is a special feature to keep families active in a childs day at nursery

Nothing. Brilliant software for nurseries

The software helps me as a manager to manage parent communication in one place, quick and easy access and space to share information.

**What do you like best about Famly?**

This platform has everything you need all in one place which is an amazing feature. One of the things we have used the most is the 'News Feed' this allows us to communicate with our parents easily, sharing what the children have been up to, events that are coming up and important information. Although we have only just started to use the 'Child Development' app we can already see this is going to be a huge asset to our setting, saving us time and money and also allowing us to share easily with parents their children's achievements.  

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

I invoice on the 15th of the month for the following months fees which are due on the 1st of that month, I would like this to be place in the corresponding column but at the moment it enters into the month the invoice for raised (so for me the month before). 

**Recommendations to others considering Famly:**

Easy to use, with everything all in open place that is only a click away.

**What problems is Famly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating between staff has always been a bit tricky as we have a number of staff working different hours and crossing paths but Famly has given us a secure, quick and easy way to communicate with each other, ensuring that everyone has the most up to date information.

**What do you like best about Famly?**

That it is easy to use, parents and staff really enjoy using it, it has made an impact on our communication with parents.
From a management perspective, it allows you to invoice, plan your rota, and registers effectively.

**What do you dislike about Famly?**

Minor issues which i am sure will be tweaked once the Famly app becomes more established as it is still fairly new.

Great if you want parents, staff to transition to an online platform
