**What do you like best about FAMA 360?**

I interacted with a product from The Social Intelligence Company from the TRACOM Corporation, The Social Style & Versatility Test.
It was very eye-opening. Since you receive feedback from peers and managers presented in a clear, concise and actionable manner, about how they perceive you in your work. It is also a "new language" you can use with others that have taken the test.

**What do you dislike about FAMA 360?**

It was probably related to cost, but our company deployed the tool to a few people. Not being able to compare with specific peers limited the value of the tool in our organization.

**Recommendations to others considering FAMA 360:**

When taking The Social Style & Versatility Test, make sure to include as many peers who are directly involved with your work as possible, to gain a more accurate insight.

**What problems is FAMA 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It puts a scientific approach to analyzing social behavior, helping the individual see blind spots on opportunities to work on and strengths to leverage. It also helps connect with others in a more impactful way.

**What do you like best about FAMA 360?**

The user experience is smooth. It allows for quick searches and everything pops up in a single platform for easy viewing.

**What do you dislike about FAMA 360?**

The implementation process took a very long time. We were slow to receive the training due to backlog of roll out.

**Recommendations to others considering FAMA 360:**

Be patient with the roll out process. It’s a great tool to use and resolves a lot of headaches.

**What problems is FAMA 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding right candidates to fit my team is highly important. I do not want to hire people with integrity issues and this allows me to use it quickly for potential candidates while also allowing me time to my other candidates.
