**What do you like best about FactsHRMS?**

Facts HRMS was useful to me, especially with our payroll management, time and attendance management and tracking. 
Really like the reports that can be extracted from the tool.

**What do you dislike about FactsHRMS?**

No negatives to report as of now. As expected, there are a lot of competitors for this tool in the market. Each tool has its own market share segment and Facts HRMS fits in perfectly with our requirements.

**What problems is FactsHRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of employee data into one single portal.
Helps with efficient shift roster management, fantastic reports that save a lot of time for the administration team.
Regional office staff using a separate HRMS portal as a separate entity helps with easier management and low reliability on one product.
