**What do you like best about factsERP?**

It is the best ERP experience I had in UAE since I had the chance to use one or more ERPs. They implemented all the features we demanded and were very much satisfied with the product.

**What do you dislike about factsERP?**

The UI is good but needs some improvements.

**Recommendations to others considering factsERP:**

It is the best ERP software available in Dubai. The support team was doing a great job.

**What problems is factsERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed custom business software that needs to carry out operations like accounting, project management, HR and payroll, etc.

Uses shortcut keys and tab button so easy to get around without mouse

So many screens! Can be very difficult to find way around

We use for quotes, orders, invoices.

Sometimes navigating the site is not intuitive.
