With factoTime, you can take employee attendance directly from their mobile device, so you don't need to invest in a bio-metric attendance machine. Employees can do the punch with selfies and location. Also, they can use the QR code for attendance. **What do you like best about factoTime?**

The best thing about factoTime is their selfie punch attendance and their payroll calculations is the best feature. You can easily manage employees' attendance and can calculate their salary in the same platform.

**What do you dislike about factoTime?**

Only leave management is missing, If the employee can apply to leave then it would be more helpful. Otherwise it is the best tool.

**What problems is factoTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many onsite employees who regularly travel out of the station, So, it helped me to manage their attendance and with the help of their selfie punch I can easily verify that there are at the offer or on-site where they are visiting.
