It's affordable, and the translate feature helps with our language barriers, making it easy for crews speaking English, Spanish, French, and more to interact with the system. The intuitive interaction is also great, especially when coding downtime. The demo, quick launch, having techs come to our site, practically 24/7 support, and ongoing launch meetings make Factbird service pretty complete. I barely needed maintenance or IT since I could do much of the setup myself. Even though RedZone was considered, I'd choose Factbird again, any day.
