The interface is very easy to navigate, and the graphs and visuals are also very nice to look at. It already has Pareto and cascade graphs ready to choose with one click. Support is also fast and ready to help. I also like that they are constantly developing the system, so new improvements will be added over time. There is room for improvement in the customization, for example, being able to see OEE or main stops per shift, in a certain period. Also, it could be nice if one could generate nice reports to share with those who are not Factbird users.
