**What do you like best about FacilityONE?**

We use it a lot to track work orders, we have a maintenance company and we handle multiple jobs, and we issue multiple work orders, and have to keep control each one and this software help us control them.

**What do you dislike about FacilityONE?**

The Price is very high in  my opinion also the instruction setup should be in Spanish, to installed and to setup it takes time and its not easy, the process should be made easier.

**What problems is FacilityONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our company we use FacilityOne software to control our work flow and our work orders, we handle multiple work orders for maintenance issues for the customers and we have to keep track of each one so we benefit on that, our cash flow its based on the work orders processed.

Helps integrate all facility-related fragmented data points into one organized place, which can be easily accessed and shared as well for preventive and corrective maintenance

**What do you dislike about FacilityONE?**

services and solutions are related to only a handful of industries, should make solutions open for more organization types

**What problems is FacilityONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

floor mapping, consolidation of all facility data helps take preventive and corrective measures, helps accurately diagnose facility issues, before or during the occurence

It is very user-friendly.  Very easy to navigate and to teach others.

**What do you dislike about FacilityONE?**

Very limited.  Either you have all access or such limited auth, it is a disbenefit.

**What problems is FacilityONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very little at this time.
