Trainers use Face Up to turn case studies into role-play scenarios in which a learner holds a live conversation with an AI avatar playing a customer, a colleague or another counterpart. Scenario creation is no-code: trainers define the context, the persona, the objectives and the evaluation criteria using their own pedagogical frameworks. During a session, trainers can observe the conversation live and replay it afterward with timestamps. Face Up generates a structured debriefing that analyzes the exchange across verbal and non-verbal dimensions, including content, tone, posture and emotions. The product includes a catalogue of pre-built scenarios for sectors such as transport, banking and retail, and offers native integrations with learning management systems including Moodle, Rise Up, Docebo and LearnUpon. Face Up is hosted in Europe and GDPR-compliant. Data is encrypted at rest, and learner data can be accessed or deleted at any time. The cold debrief is also very useful because it offers a detailed analysis of the learner's posture, which is perfect for our pedagogy by error where the learner experiments, makes mistakes, starts over, and observes their progress. I experimented alone and quickly, which clearly shows the ease of use of the tool. Additionally, I note that the tool is excellent and the Face Up team is very responsive and friendly. **What do you dislike about Face Up?** Reduce the latency a little, improve the voices **What problems is Face Up solving and how is that benefiting you?** Face Up completes my training by simulating interviews, allows the customization of situations, and the post-session debrief helps to see progress through mistakes. ### 2.
