What do you like best about Ezus?

The automation of proposals, budgets, and travel documents has allowed us to save a lot of time. Additionally, our budgets now look much more professional, which has increased our sales. The support is exceptional; they are always attentive to our needs. The system is intuitive, helps us better organize our finances, and is ideal for a company like ours that works with international clients. What do you dislike about Ezus?

Make improvements regarding Although the system is excellent, we have noticed that the loading of rates and the variables in the documents still have some details that could be optimized for greater agility. What do you dislike about Ezus?

While Ezus is a great tool for travel agencies, it does have some drawbacks. One major downside is that it’s not a full CRM, so we still need additional software to manage customer relationships effectively. The price is also quite high, which can be a challenge for smaller agencies. Another frustration is that when we request changes or new features, we often have to wait for feedback from other agencies before anything is implemented.
