Access to the system from anywhere makes it easy to use. Tech support is available 24/7, and resolves the issues on time. **What do you dislike about EZ Collector?** I Could not find any such issues yet but being a good service provider if I do get any issue I believe tech support is always there to help. Just an internet connectivity is required to keep it updated. **What problems is EZ Collector solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is keeping all the data of clients, payment details, NSF reversals, invoices at one place which saves time which can be invested in other things. It has made things easier and my productivity has increased. ### 2.
