**What do you like best about Extole?**

The Customer Success Reps (shoutout Ana Maria), and tech teams are unbelievably responsive and helpful for everything from campaign management and reporting, to sharing Extole updates that can further benefit our program.

The Extole platform itself is also very easy to use in terms of editing and monitoring program performance.

**What do you dislike about Extole?**

Not much. The report building functionality is a bit overwhelming at first with all of the various fields/measures available and how they are sorted. After a few weeks of trial and error (and the assistance of their great support), this is no longer an issue.

**What problems is Extole solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company just migrated website providers from Shopify to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The Extole team made themselves available for weekly status updates, and ensured a seamless transition to the new site. 100% successful, with no loss of functionality or lapse in customer experience.

Sometimes the manual events can start to feel repetitive. It would be nice if, when you’re in someone’s profile and want to create an event for that specific person, it would automatically populate their information. I also think the reports could be more user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Extole?**

I genuinely find Extole's mature features highly appealing. The service has been managing our referral program exceptionally well, resulting in a significant increase in subscriptions, which positively impacts our revenue and helps us acquire new subscribers. I appreciate Extole's ability to handle the program end-to-end effectively. Features like reporting, API integrations, dashboard, fraud monitoring, and gift card payouts offer full capabilities that meet our expectations without leaving much to ask for. Integrating Extole with our systems, such as BigQuery and Airflow, has been seamless, allowing us to manage data syncs efficiently and integrate smoothly with our website. Additionally, the extraordinary service provided by our account representative, Lauren, has significantly enhanced our experience with Extole. I am satisfied with Extole as it stands, and there's nothing I would specifically change. Based on these factors, I would rate my likelihood of recommending Extole as a perfect 10.

**What do you like best about Extole?**

The account management.  I have built several referral programs with Extole for many lines of business within my organization over the last 10 years, and each one has improved our revenue and profitability.  We have RFP'ed several times in my tenure, and Extole wins each time, in no small part because I KNOW I can rely on their account and technical delivery teams to provide top notch support, strategic guidance, and every day program management expertise.

**What do you dislike about Extole?**

Dislike is too strong a word, but we have niche reward needs for several of our programs, and having more choice in B2B rewards (cash proxy/ACH) could help.  The B2C reward options have always been a perfect fit.

**What problems is Extole solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving incremental value from our existing Business & Consumer customers using Extole's platform to create tailor made referral programs that drive quality Leads & Opportunities for our B2B units and new B2C customers for our Residential business.  Both equate to profitable revenue at a higher rate of cost efficiency, with additional long term benefits (referrals have longer ALTV, higher rates of CSAT/tenure, and are more likely to refer other new business).

**What do you like best about Extole?**

We use Extole to power our customer referral program. The program allows our customers to create unique links that allow them to refer their friends. Extole is integrated with our CRM and also handles the referral program incentives. The visibility within Extole to see which of our customers are making referrals has been very useful. One of the best things about Extole is its flexibility and customizability. For example, you can set up different programs or campaigns that target different audiences or regions for your referral program. Their Customer Success and Customer Support have been excellent and are quick to respond and supportive.

**What do you dislike about Extole?**

The reporting can be a bit clunky, but I believe improvements are being made. Sometimes the user interface on the backend is not intuitive and I have to reach out to the Extole support team or our CSM, but they have always been quick to help. The program can be a bit expensive compared to some other similar programs on the market, but it seems to offer more customizability, enterprise-grade capabilities, and customer success partnership.

Extole helped us set up a professional refer-a-friend program in just a few days.  Their customer service and tech team are first-class.  We love how their support team continues to suggest ways to improve conversions and they have been willing to A/B test new ideas to make sure we are going with the best option.   Their refer-a-friend program is completely seamless and it requires very little effort to run after the initial setup is complete.

**What do you like best about Extole?**

Incredible software that drives about 20% of our new customer acquisition and is our lowest CAC channel by a lot. The team is very responsive and is always bringing creative ideas for new ways the leverage the platform.

**What do you dislike about Extole?**

I wish it were a little bit easier to use to track our influencers and affiliates. Right now we have to use two platforms and I'd rather just use extole for everything. Also, this isn't extole's fault but we use the Glew.io analytics platform and there is an extension to connect Glew.io and Extole but we'd have to upgrade our plan with Glew and its too expensive :(

Extole allows us to harness the power of word-of-mouth marketing in a streamlined, data-driven way. It allows us to reach new customers at a very low cost and investors love hearing about the success of the program.

There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to managing the backend of the interface and pulling reports. The lingo can also be a bit confusing for how certain tags or pieces of a program are labelled.

The team at Extole was amazing. Their customer success manager was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
From the onboarding to the day-to-day management, I really felt supported by the team. They really went out of their way to make their service work for my company, despite some internal limitations.

We haven't touched the surface with what we can do with the platform. Our annual reviews are thorough, supported by data and recommendations

I would like to have quarterly reviews to make sure we're actioning on the recommendations. I also consider extole a partnership and not just a vendor or platform. I would like to have roadmap brainstorms with the extole team.

I love Extole's interface. Also, their customer support is second to NONE! The care and attention we receive from Extole make my life much easier and who can't use that. The strategy tactics recommended for our Refer-a-Friend programs and Holiday Drop-a-Hint programs have exceeded expectations by far in both ROI and conversions. Truly experts in their field. I would highly recommend working with them.

I really have no complaints. The team is amazing and wonderful to work with.

I highly recommend working with Extole. They are superior to other vendors I've previously worked with.

Patience and understanding during the contract negotiations.  On point implementation.  Real partnership once in-market to better the results.

Not a big deal, needed to slightly adjust the reporting.  However the Extole team was very responsive and fast to solve.
