# Is Fullstory worth using alongside a product analytics tool or does it end up being redundant once you have solid funnel and event tracking in place?

Not redundant, they answer different questions, and blurring them is how teams underuse both. Funnels and events tell you what happened and where people drop. Session replay tells you why, the rage-click, the confusing button, the thing no dashboard surfaces. The redundancy only becomes real if you buy the replay tool and nobody ever watches the sessions. Do you currently have the "what" but keep guessing at the "why"? If so it earns its seat.
