"Effortless Bulk Entry Management with ExtendInsights"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

I like the simplicity of using ExtendInsights because it helps simplify our work. It's really useful for doing multiple things at one go instead of doing them repetitively. The most important or exciting thing about it is how it allows us to post bulk entries in NetSuite at the same time without issues, saving us a lot of time and effort. The feature I use the most is Celigo, which helps in posting a dump of entries every month or quarter very easily and effectively. Also, the setup was very easy with just one call for the demo where they explained how to operate it, and there have been no issues with using the application. What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

I don't have any issue except for sometimes that it doesn't auto-populate the things from NetSuite because the software are aligned or integrated into each other. "Seamless Excel to Netsuite Integration, Huge Time Saver"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

I love that journal entries can be populated directly in Excel and then uploaded to NetSuite in one click. This feature saves a huge amount of time for my staff and me. The initial setup of ExtendInsights was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

I haven't been very successful at using AI queries. To be fair, I have not devoted much time to it. In order to get the queries to work correctly, it seems that you still need to know which tables to pull from and how to link them. It's not as simple as just typing what you want to see. "Easy, Fast Journal Uploads to NetSuite Once the Template Is Set"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

We’re using this to push journals into NetSuite and, once the template is set up correctly, the process is very easy and quick to administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

It’s very dependent on the template being correct, so if there’s anything wrong, the process fails. Sometimes it’s due to a missing field—often one that’s greyed out and easy to miss. The failure reason can also be a bit confusing at times. I’ve also had issues getting journals to balance and upload when they’re in a different currency; Swedish Kroner is one example. Support can also help with the Swedish Kroner example. Be sure to check that there is no currency conversion happening during the upsert, which could impact rounding. Even if an entry is off by a penny, NetSuite will reject it.

"Makes NetSuite Database Maintenance Significantly Faster and Smoother"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

It makes managing your NetSuite database way easier. I love that it has multiple ways to interact with the data, including SuiteQL which allows SQL query functionality. Imports are a bit slow, but WAY more convenient than csv imports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

Some data types are only exposed to the Data Management module, Not SuiteQL. This is fine, but it makes getting data a bit slow is it loads in 25 line increments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
