When I was looking for an AI customer outreach platform I decided to give expertise.ai a try based on the stellar reviews I had seen. Everything is WAY easier than I expected. Whether you're familiar with AI engagement or you're just getting started it's easy to use but has the depth companies like mine need to answer more detailed technical questions. My expertise.ai bot functions autonomously, guiding customers to content and collecting leads. Then, I get the leads delivered into HubSpot for a quick follow-up from our sales team. It JUST WORKS! There isn’t much to dislike. We didn’t use all features during our proof of concept and some of our tracking limitations are internal rather than related to the tool itself. Before Expertise AI, we were only capturing very high-intent leads through a basic chat flow and cost heavy webinars.. With Expertise AI, we generated 543 leads in few weeks and few are into trials and subscriptions.
