Using eXoPlatform makes it much easier to engage with your employees through conference calls (video and voice), assigning tasks to them, rewarding successful contributions and task completions, and giving them the opportunity to monitor their progress through a gamified chart, thereby promoting transparency. This platform equally builds team spirit as employees learn to appreciate each other's contributions by sending kudos to their colleagues. The eXo Platform also provides an adequate customer support system and data security for every user. This means that all files and information uploaded to the platform are safe. I equally love the fact that it allows other platforms like Twitter and decentralized wallets to be linked to it, making it easier for contributions to be monitored as well as transactions. eXo Platform is one of my favorites and I use it every day to coordinate my schedules and events. eXo Platform has the full range of tools that we need to share files, ideas, resources and project status information in a streamlined and unified. The layout and design of the different menus and sections is neat and makes things easy to understand. The general look and functionality is not too different from common social media platforms. Our monthly fee per user is not too bad and gives us a good return on investment. Working with the eXo support team, especially during our setup period, was a pleasant experience. The pricing for some of the higher end plan is quite expensive. That's not something our organization would probably be able to activate.
