"From Frustration to Trust: How Exactera Transformed My Customer Experience"
What do you like best about Exactera?

I’ve been a customer of Exactera for over 5 years, going all the way back to when they were still XBS. In those early days, the service often left a lot to be desired inconsistent support, limited responsiveness, and a product that felt like it lagged behind. Honestly, it was frustrating.

But today, the transformation has been remarkable. The new leadership team has completely changed the trajectory of the company, and the new employees especially those from Argentina — have been a driving force in that change. I can’t say enough about how professional, engaged, and customer-focused they are.

I especially want to recognize Antonela Niemiz. Her level of professionalism is second to none, and her dedication consistently goes above and beyond my expectations. Time and time again, she has proven to be not just reliable, but truly exceptional.

What was once a service I considered “good enough” has now become a top-of-the-line partner that I genuinely value. Exactera has raised the bar, and I’m grateful to see such a positive evolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Exactera?

We have worked with Exactera for approximately 5 years. Exactera has been a great partner with whom we have developed our current Transfer Pricing documentation workstream and process to be as efficient as possible. They offer a high level of availbility and we are able to collaborate closely with their team of experts. The team is flexible in their way of working - often finding creative solutions to complex problems. They are always willing to support on an ad-hoc basis and support us when necessary. What do you dislike about Exactera?

A challenge with using any software based Transfer Pricing tool is the "take-off" distance. It takes a while to establish a good routine and process under which one can collaborate efficiently and where the responsibilities are laid out clearly. What do you like best about Exactera?

The part I dislike the most about Exactera is the limitation of the uploads that we can do a day into excel. I understand limiting the amount of agreements that can be downloaded but the daily limit of the basic information in an excel is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Exactera?

What do you dislike about Exactera?

I continue to face challenges when conducting roll forward analyses. There is no straightforward method to search for companies and retrieve their current year financial statements for financial updates. Since these analyses are standard practice in Transfer Pricing, it should not require multiple attempts in either solution to access the financial data for the specific companies I need. Additionally, I find it difficult to fully transition to their auto-generated Transfer Pricing report because it takes considerable time and effort to reformat the reports to match our company's brand guidelines. The team is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They educate our internal tax team to understand difficult and complex transfer pricing concepts in order to minimize risk in this highly contested area of taxation. What do you like best about Exactera?

Exactera have good teams of people and provide a number of useful in person and online learning and networking tools. They work in a collaborative way and seek process improvements in the annual TP cycle each year and each of the 5 years I have worked with them has gone smoother than the one before. What do you dislike about Exactera?

Having only really used Exactera for TP local ad master files, I find there is room for improvement in the tech offerings that are client visible (this is happening more with Exactmatch etc) but from the client side the business still seems to operate in quite a manual way and the client tools available are quite basic and lots of occasions where system restriction don't allow for changes as requested. What do you like best about Exactera?

From first meeting the account director, I felt that Exactera were being open and transparent about their product, pricing and capability. I have been a client for 4 years and recently extended our contract. I have been really impressed with the service delivered, there have been no surprises, and when we have needed ad hoc extensions the pricing has been very reasonable. We miss Transfer Price Consultancy; proactive avoidance of potential tas risks

Remarks and change requests have partially to be done several times with explanations before they are accepted; then, they are not directly taken into consideration in the next Local File, but the same requests have to be done agaian;

partially the legal remarks from Exactera are not correct as they are not always up to date and complete;

there is no proactive remark potential tax risks going with the wording or missing explanation in the Local Files (Customers can run into tax risk as they are partially not warned about risks)

What do you like best about Exactera?

RoyaltyStat/Exactera is very easy to use. Its interface is straightforward, making it simple for us to search for and manage a wide variety of agreements efficiently. This user-friendly design also makes it easier to onboard new team members, as explaining how the system works is uncomplicated. Whenever I have needed customer support from RoyaltyStat/Exactera, the experience has been excellent, with quick responses and effective solutions to any issues. What do you dislike about Exactera?

In RoyaltyStat, I feel that the process for downloading agreements could be more straightforward and intuitive. Sometimes, team members accidentally download agreements they didn't intend to, which can be confusing.
