
I’ve been a customer of Exactera for over 5 years, going all the way back to when they were still XBS. In those early days, the service often left a lot to be desired inconsistent support, limited responsiveness, and a product that felt like it lagged behind. Honestly, it was frustrating.
But today, the transformation has been remarkable. The new leadership team has completely changed the trajectory of the company, and the new employees especially those from Argentina — have been a driving force in that change. I can’t say enough about how professional, engaged, and customer-focused they are.
I especially want to recognize Antonela Niemiz. Her level of professionalism is second to none, and her dedication consistently goes above and beyond my expectations. Time and time again, she has proven to be not just reliable, but truly exceptional.
