Exactera has been a great partner with whom we have developed our current Transfer Pricing documentation workstream and process to be as efficient as possible. They offer a high level of availbility and we are able to collaborate closely with their team of experts. The team is flexible in their way of working - often finding creative solutions to complex problems. They are always willing to support on an ad-hoc basis and support us when necessary. **What do you dislike about Exactera?** A challenge with using any software based Transfer Pricing tool is the "take-off" distance. It takes a while to establish a good routine and process under which one can collaborate efficiently and where the responsibilities are laid out clearly. However, once that phase has been completed, it has been a great experience working with Exactera. **What problems is Exactera solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exactera offers a tool that is simple to use. It allows us to develop Transfer Pricing documentation rather quickly and easily. In addition, it creates a portal where all of the documents and related information is readily available and can be amended with a few steps. The Exactera team are also highly supportive and always available for us. They collaborate closely with us to make the process of developing any Transfer Pricing documentation easier and more efficient. ### 2. They work in a collaborative way and seek process improvements in the annual TP cycle each year and each of the 5 years I have worked with them has gone smoother than the one before. Exactera's costing is also transparent and very competitive. **What do you dislike about Exactera?** Having only really used Exactera for TP local ad master files, I find there is room for improvement in the tech offerings that are client visible (this is happening more with Exactmatch etc) but from the client side the business still seems to operate in quite a manual way and the client tools available are quite basic and lots of occasions where system restriction don't allow for changes as requested. As a company that focuses on tech I feel there is room for improvement on this. **What problems is Exactera solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exactera primarily prepare all TP documentation although we have looked at other software offerings such as Exactmatch. ### 3. Its interface is straightforward, making it simple for us to search for and manage a wide variety of agreements efficiently. This user-friendly design also makes it easier to onboard new team members, as explaining how the system works is uncomplicated. Whenever I have needed customer support from RoyaltyStat/Exactera, the experience has been excellent, with quick responses and effective solutions to any issues. RoyaltyStat has become our primary tool for benchmarking agreements, so we rely on it frequently. **What do you dislike about Exactera?** In RoyaltyStat, I feel that the process for downloading agreements could be more straightforward and intuitive. Sometimes, team members accidentally download agreements they didn't intend to, which can be confusing. It would also be very helpful if there were an option to download multiple agreements at once, as this would save time and make the workflow more efficient. **What problems is Exactera solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exactera is helping us access a wide range of intellectual property agreements that otherwise would not be available and thus allowing us to effectively benchmarking different royalty transactions. ### 4. Their platform and support gives us confidence in our documentation and benchmarking. What stands out most is their responsiveness—whenever we’ve had questions or needed support, their team has been quick to help and clearly understands the nuances of our business. It’s made a complex area feel much more manageable. **What do you dislike about Exactera?** As with any new provider, it took some time for everything to come into place and we had changes to the team supporting us a few times early on. That being said, the current team is excellent and the issues from early on are resolved. **What problems is Exactera solving and how is that benefiting you?** Global transfer pricing compliance, including benchmarking ad producing reports. ### 5. It also still requires a lot of manual updates on our end. **What problems is Exactera solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps speed up our benchmarking analysis process and quickly incorporates the benchmarking results into the report. ### 6.
