&lt;p&gt;Something worth adding to your audit question: how a methodology holds up often depends less on the provider than on how much changed at the company since the valuation date. Reviews in this category talk a lot about post-issuance support for that reason, and Eqvista including lifetime audit support and Eton being a valuation-only practice both speak to the same need, which is having someone available to defend the work months later rather than just deliver it.&lt;/p&gt;
