What do you like best about Eventsforce?

What was impressive at the end of it all is that we felt very relieved that everything went down smoothly and through it all it was effortlessly. The greatest feature was a post control where we received valuable feedback which was also managed through this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventsforce?

I would not go so far as to say that I disliked any features, it is just that we could not fully exploit all of its them due to the lack of time we had assigned, though this app helped immensely to achieve our goal, we felt that amount of features that we used where enough, but we could have achieved more. What do you like best about Eventsforce?

It has made life a lot easier it really helps avoiding clashes/ last minute hassel saving time helps a lot in focusing on other aspects too also its really easy to use . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The product is better for CRM than it is for registration."

What do you like best about Eventsforce?

It has a really simple to use, but robust call for papers module. It was easy to set up and did everything we wanted it to do. it was also pretty easy to use for submitters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventsforce?

The system is not a great tool to manage conference registration. It requires multiple clicks and steps to sned emails, cancel registrations, you couldn't do substitutions or change registration types without cancelling records completely and creating new ones. Recommendations to others considering Eventsforce:

I would not recommend this product for those managing large events that have a lot of changes. I think it would be use for a CRM system, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eventsforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage registration for conferences, conventions, and expos. Their reporting and codes were pretty advanced, but they were difficult to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eventsforce?

Working in a small office means that there usually isn't enough man power to get all the heavy lifting of an event completed, such as creating the materials for handout or the day-of tasks in maintaining the entire conference. This helps us contract out the work so staff can network instead of working behind the scenes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventsforce?

Using the website is a bit difficult, there isn't enough information on getting quotes or pricing calculator, which would be helpful for last minute events where a quote is needed immediately to go into a budget or grant request for an event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Eventsforce:

Good product for small businesses, I'm sure a large business could also use it for massive events, perhaps for their own staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
