I am writing this to make sure people should be aware of such experiences. In case if my review helps them. Let me start. One of the worst paid experience ever. To begin with their product website itself. 99% of the time I was not able to create the events at all. It just keeps on loading after you click on create an event, after filling all the required information. And let me repeat this, I thought that maybe since I was a free customer earlier, I was facing the same issue, and thought of upgrading it to pay $20/month and see if that improves the performance. And I regretted my decision a lot. Not only that I was able to create hardly 1% of the time, but after that, If I tried integrating their event iframe codes, it used to take more than 10-15 seconds to load up CSS and the button itself. 99% of the time in this case as well. Now coming back to their customer support. Their customer service via email or even their chat support system should be rated -32768. Far, far, far below one could even imagine. The worst which you can't imagine. For example, I had sent out a message on their chat system available, and email, more than 2-3 weeks back, and I didn't receive any response whatsoever. From my experience, I can only recommend people to just skip this option if you were planning to go for the paid or even the free service. **What problems is Eventable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying to utilize the platform which offers "Add to calendar" functionality to be integrated across websites, email, etc. Benefits realized NONE! ### 2. Like i want to use ONE link on my site, but want the person to be able to pick a 15 minute or 30 minute slot. But each slot goes to a different peron's calendar. That didn't work so smoothly. **What problems is Eventable solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. I found other calendar programs harder to manage (especially with CRM and website integration) 2. I was just using it as a calendar program, but now i think i can use it to increase sales too ### 3. Many of the features and services that I would need are already built into their platform. **What do you dislike about Eventable?** The designs seem a bit out of date and too corporate for my liking. It also doesn't have a free version, so you need to pay before trying. I couldn't find the option for a recurring events, which should be normal in most calendar applications **Recommendations to others considering Eventable:** First look at the UX and UI and then let that steep in... if you like it or don't mind their choices, stick with it... otherwise you are in for a heck fo a ride! **What problems is Eventable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can add it to an email going to events and let users add it to their calendars through the click of a button with no need for manual input on their side. This also integrates with google calendar notifications, meaning the user is less likely to miss the meeting/event. ### 4. We paid for the upgraded version and the UX was horrible. I would be waiting in empty zoom rooms a lot! Now I can be sure that they'll come as the meeting is saved on their phone. ### 6. Everytime you click "Cancel subscription" it says that it has done it and that it will expire at the end of the month - and then they keep on taking money. Despite repeated emails to the company they have not even bothered to respond! It's a great and simple system, and like any new site, it takes a try or two to ensure you fully get the gist of it! **What problems is Eventable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been able to integrate Event Calendar Invites to my company's email newsletters done through MailChimp, without having to pay for an Account at this time, and can easily allow connection to Google, Apple, and Outlook Calendars for all those who wish to keep track of our Webinars through Event Invites. This was something we wanted to provide to our clients to increase Webinar attendance and product/service education, but did not want to add everyone to an email list for a Calendar invite, nor did we want to manage all of the response emails from 940+ people on a bi-weekly basis. Eventable made this super easy and simple! ### 16.
