I usually don't write reviews. I am writing this to make sure people should be aware of such experiences. In case if my review helps them. Let me start.

One of the worst paid experience ever.

To begin with their product website itself.

99% of the time I was not able to create the events at all. It just keeps on loading after you click on create an event, after filling all the required information. And let me repeat this, I thought that maybe since I was a free customer earlier, I was facing the same issue, and thought of upgrading it to pay $20/month and see if that improves the performance. And I regretted my decision a lot. Not only that I was able to create hardly 1% of the time, but after that, If I tried integrating their event iframe codes, it used to take more than 10-15 seconds to load up CSS and the button itself. 99% of the time in this case as well.

Now coming back to their customer support.

Their customer service via email or even their chat support system should be rated -32768. Far, far, far below one could even imagine. The worst which you can't imagine.

For example, I had sent out a message on their chat system available, and email, more than 2-3 weeks back, and I didn't receive any response whatsoever. Here is the screenshot link to the chat https://a.uguu.se/rftkcz.png

Over the email also, I didn't receive any response at all. Nor even an acknowledgment anywhere.

From my experience, I can only recommend people to just skip this option if you were planning to go for the paid or even the free service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was hoping for the option of different types of appointments on the same calendar - but to different people in my group. Like i want to use ONE link on my site, but want the person to be able to pick a 15 minute or 30 minute slot. But each slot goes to a different peron's calendar. That didn't work so smoothly. I like the integrations such as zapier (which allows me to add in automations). Many of the features and services that I would need are already built into their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The designs seem a bit out of date and too corporate for my liking. It also doesn't have a free version, so you need to pay before trying. I couldn't find the option for a recurring events, which should be normal in most calendar applications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instead of being able to download a calendar invite as a user, they ended up downloading an entire new calendar that did not sync to their existing calendar which cost us attendance at our events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That my customers don't miss appointments as it saves it directly to their calendar. Time is money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product UI, functionality, price and service. Worst product and company and customer service-- who doesn't respond, and simply take your money without consent on renewal. And when you email their support, no one respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They continued to bill me twice even after I cancelled subscription. Did not answer my emails regarding the subject. Billed after it again. I had to cancel the whole account. Worst experience ever. Do not use this service!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that eventable has a free option that allows users to create an "add to calendar button". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eventable is a very nice software. As i am into conducting recruitments and drives so it comes in handy for multiple events, interviews and group things.

In this busy world its hard to remember so many things and we tend to forget one or the other important ones. This is where Eventable comes in handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
