Integration with other platforms to manage IT-related tasks. It also offers multiple views and dashboards to monitor daily IT-related work.

**What do you like best about ESM Suite?**

ESM+Strategy acts as a central repository for my organization's otherwise disparate scorecard management activities.

**What do you dislike about ESM Suite?**

it does take some time for new features to be delivered.

**What problems is ESM Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We replaced Excel and PowerPoint as our report generation capability.  This has saved us at least one FTE managing this process quarterly.
