We developed an app that could automatically route form intake based on the input intent and classification so we weere looking for a small footprint framework that could do data storage, data normalisation, integrations and run AI agents in workflows. We used erom and it went better than we expected. We were able to create embedable forms directly in the platform, connected it to an workflow for classification and routed everything through REST integrations to external services. The platform works well for both the developers writing the logic and the business people who need to review and approve it — it looks simple but it's quite versatile. Support was also good. They managed to automate our quoting process that was time consuming and required experienced dispatchers. They also build easy to use dashboards and (semi-)automated our driver allocation (it still requires human approval, but it's faster this way).
