With complex workflows, AI integration, and automations, it helped us significantly improve our offering and the overall user experience for both clients and internal stakeholders—much faster than traditional development. The platform is flexible and should allow us to stay more agile and responsive to client needs in the future. The team at EROM were incredibly helpful throughout, taking the time to understand our vision so they could provide the best possible solution. **What do you dislike about EROM?** Getting to grips with setting up automations and workflows can be challenging, but EROM were always on hand to provide support whenever I needed it. **What problems is EROM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were working with an outdated platform that needed improvements to align with our business vision and meet newer security requirements. EROM and the platform gave us a quick, flexible, and effective way to make those updates. As a result, we were able to bring the new product to market much faster. ### 2. We used erom and it went better than we expected. We were able to create embedable forms directly in the platform, connected it to an workflow for classification and routed everything through REST integrations to external services. The platform works well for both the developers writing the logic and the business people who need to review and approve it — it looks simple but it's quite versatile. Support was also good. **What do you dislike about EROM?** The documentation needs more work. You can find what you need but it takes longer than it should. **What problems is EROM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used EROM to deliver an MVP and it covered everything we needed. The platform is easy to use but it needs more documentation. Once you understand how it works, it becomes really easy and it saves a lot of time. ### 3. They also build easy to use dashboards and (semi-)automated our driver allocation (it still requires human approval, but it's faster this way). Overall, it saves us a lot of time and we have far less errors since using Erom. **What do you dislike about EROM?** We were able to add more processes and make changes using the low-code editor, but it's not as simple as it looks. Adding the logic is simple, but finding the logic is not. **What problems is EROM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, we're really happy with the new platform.
