EROM's pricing model is designed for mid-market organisations that need enterprise-grade business process automation without per-seat costs. Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited workflows and full platform access: AI agents, workflow builder, rule engine, data hub, integrations and application delivery tools.

Three annual tiers are available: Team (£9,900/year) for department-level pilots, Organisation (£30,000/year) for company-wide adoption, and Enterprise (from £50,000/year) for regulated environments requiring on-premise deployment or advanced security.

Unlike platforms that charge per user or per automation run, EROM's flat licensing means costs stay predictable as adoption grows.

Startup discounts are available for companies with fewer than 10 employees and under £1M revenue. Implementation services are priced separately. Most teams see payback within three to six months.
